Refund update:
After contacting the Atonomous support via email they politely replied organised FedEx to pick it up from my house (without any extra costs from my end).
IMPORTANT! If you'd like to return your chair, you'll need all the original packaging and parts. This wasn't an issue for me, however it was impossible for me to get the base (white thing where the wheels clip into) apart from the hydraulic stem (which is permanently attatched to the chair's mechanism). Due to this, I was unable to pack the chair the way it was sent to me, and required some creative thinking to get everything to fit inside the original box. Thankfully, Autonomous didn't make any comments about this and proceeded to give me my full refund around a week after it had arrived at their depot.
Overall, Autonomous did a great job handling the return process, and FedEx which was used to ship the chair both ways (in the Netherlands, this may vary per country) is one of the best shipping companies I've seen.

I've decided to make a video addressing the "false meda hype" around the Atonomous Ergochair 2, and why I don't think you should buy it. After watching countless reviews I was positive that this would be the perfect chair for me, but now that I've been using it for two weeks I can confidently say that this is the complete opposite. No one online is talking about the downsides of this chair, and how most adjustability features come with serious drawbacks. After all of this, it feels like I've been lied to. I hope this video will inform you some more and help lead you to making the right purchasing decision for your needs.
I do want to add a quick disclaimer that everything I've said in this video are my own thoughts, and that by no means am I an expert in health and posture.
