@@Qwikbeat No, none of my LED lights glow after you turn them off. They are probably a different brand since I only got some PVC ceiling panels from Wilcon. Stuff like lights I got from Citi hardware or triumph.

@@62tofreedom51 Apparently it is common in houses here because of a lack of a good ground, a small amount of voltage that usually dissipates in the ground stays in the loop and burns off through the led light. One guy has got around by using a four way switch so that he can disconnect both sides - blue an brown. I'm still researching, - And too late - I got bit the other day when I got distracted, man that pair of pliers really flew a ways ! Lol had every dog in the neighborhood barking ! Learned my lesson with 220 ! Take care man .. TY

@@Qwikbeat I’m not sure what my builder did, because I don’t mess with electricity. All my plugs are 2 pronged plugs. If something has a 3rd ground prong I have to get an adapter. I did ask him about a ground in the beginning , as in a copper rod in the ground connected. He said you don’t need it sir. ??Wow, yes 220 has killed a lot of people. Better double up on the safety.

@@edwardsimmons7805 I bought the property in 2018 when land was cheaper, I retired and moved here in 2022 and built the house in 1 year. There has been a lot of inflation since then, so I will have to guess.

So this property is 1000sq. Meters. In 2018 I bought it for 1,000 peso a sq. Meter. 1 year later it was 2500 peso a sq. meter. I think it’s at 2500-3000 for waterfront now. You can probably get it for 1500 inland. Divide the 2500/57= $43.86 USD a sq. meter.

If you check my house build playlist you will see that the house is solid concrete reinforced with steel. I don’t like the hollow blocks or cinder blocks they make here. It cost a little more but it’s negligible. Otherwise you’ll have an ant farm. $100,000 to build this house approximately. That’s materials and labor. But that’s with me being on site as the contractor surveying the material stores everywhere for the best deal. And Gary my builder was just awesome. With inflation I’d say it would be $170,000 now. If you started today.

When I first met Gary I ask him what if we need plumber, electrician. He said. “ I KNOW ALL”. And he wasn’t kidding. He is a concrete man, carpenter, welder, electrician and plumber. Tree climber. He was a dream come true. On top of that. He is a workaholic and only missed 1 1/2 days in a year. Plus he is honest. So, sorry probably too much info. But I hope I answered your question.

@@johnthomas5806 You sound experienced. I do throw the banana peels back to the banana stalks. I just put a little fertilizer I bought with a little nitrogen on everything. My 2 mango trees are only 3feet tall. Unfortunately the big mango was on a slope and the roots were exposed. It was a house killer. So had to chop it. I’m raising its babies.

Yes, I don’t think anybody likes to be silenced. Sometimes when I comment on something I go back there later and my comment is gone. Even if it was a positive comment. It’s weird. Other times it doesn’t happen.

@@scottmoede5316 Hey, Happy Birthday Scott. Hopefully we will have many more. Yes the checklist was a big stress point for me. Luckily houses were selling well and I sold my car at CARMAX. I don’t know how it is now but they gave me an inspection and written offer. After getting the offer I had 30 days to turn the car in. That was a big help.

About the neighbors property they come there occasionally, the last time was a couple of nuns. I hear they will make a kind of party place for birthdays and parties. They have changed their tune a couple times.

@@62tofreedom51 I do a swim 3x a week and walk 3x a week... The fasting forces your body into autophagy... This is where it uses all the unnecessary cells to create energy since no food... I also am taking supplements to counteract the arteries clogging up over the years... The condition has gotten worse, plus gaining weight, so decided to address this head on... I'm sure I'll not get back to top condition, but want to hang around in this time a little bit more! 😜 Plus I actually feel better... The juicing is helpful, and losing weight will lessen the stress on your heart... But... It ain't easy... I got a mail in from KFC and almost ordered a double bucket... But then I decided to save the $45 and make a batch of chicken soup haha... Yeah on the coming election, let's see... I can connect with Walz for a number of reasons, but not perfect by any means... Same on glad overseas... No desire to live over there again... Visit, yes... 30 days a year to remain tax free! 😉 TC and good luck losing some weight! 🙏🙏🙏 👍😎👍

@@smartbiz888 OMG, yes they are picking us last. My dream is our defense can put a lot of pressure on and keep the score low. Then, our revamped running game can also help the QB situation. Lastly Darnold redeems his career and can manage enough drives to keep us in the game. Aaron Jones is no slouch if he can stay on the field.
