Deer Valley Mountain Biking 7/5/24
First time up to Deer Valley for summer mountain biking. The boys did awesome! Tidal Wave was definitely their favorite run. It's a blue run with a lot of table top jumps.

nice run the cirque is so much fun
Great job! I always loved the obscure trails. This makes me nostalgic of when I would ski with my dad and brother, probably before your dad did with your grandpa.
I don't know how I ended up on this video, but this is some great skiing and ski control from Liam in some tricky terrain and snow conditions. As an instructor, I'd offer two points of advice: 1) Try to practice controlling speed with turn shape - s-shaped turns, rather than going straight and skidding sideways, or 'z-shaped' turns. (which can also be fun!) - and keep moving and turning in steep terrain, rather than move stop, move stop! 2) Think about turning your skis with your feet and ankles first, rather than your arms or shoulders. HAVE FUN AND KEEP SHREDDING.
Thanks! And great advice! We are working on those S shaped turns. He does those really well most of the time - he just needs more practice on the steeps.
What skis are you using ?
The GoPro was strapped to my 10 year old. He skis on Bent Chetlers. My older son has Armada ARVs and I have Elan Ripsticks 106.
