The objectives of this channel are to provide some basic knowledge about research using a straightforward approach that many can understand and benefit from it. Technical jargons are only used when necessary, and diagrams are used to help the audience understand the 'big idea'. In addition, I'll share my experience in teaching Accounting and conducting educational research.
How to choose your publishing: a book chapter or a journal article?
In this video, I will highlight the differences when publishing in the form of a book chapter as compared to a journal article.
If you are an early career researcher and academician, I would encourage you to publish journal articles. Why? Because the number of citations could be important for your academic profile.
When you have a certain amount of publications, then consider book chapters.
However, these are my opinions. The choice is very much depending on your situation!

A clue to check the 'availability' of your supervisors - send him or her an email expressing your interest and see how fast he or she replies to you. Very Nice Dr. Fung. I have one problem, when I run the fsqca, software only generates the complex solution and parsimonious solution not Intermediate solution. What could be the reason for it, Please help me. I am using the 7 point Likert Scale.
