Green Curry is off 'Da hook! The Thai Boat noodles? Amazing! And many other dishes! Pro tip, Get here 15-20 minutes before they open (11:00 A.M.) on a weekday. The place is small, and they are in a strip mall. So worth the effort! Incredible food! I promise you!

You should try Thai Nakorn in Stanton; Moncut Thai in San Clemente. Both have been around since the early 80's Both remain very popular to this day !

Pudding 🍮 Over a saucepan, heat 1 1/4 cup of heavy cream and 3/4 cup of coconut milk. Bring to a simmer and add 3 tbsp swerve sweetener, remove from heat. I'm another bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk until smooth. Slowly add 1/2 cup of the hot cream mixture into the eggs to temper, whisking continuously. Slowly whisk the eggs back into the hot cream mixture. Stir in 5tbsp of cocoa powder, and return the mixture to medium low. Whisk until it thicken (about 5-10min). Remove from heat and add 3tbsp butter and 1tsp vanilla extract. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream to a bowl and whisk on high until stiff peaks form. Fold one scoop into the cream mixture and then fold all of it in. Add to jars and LET IT SET in the fridge for 3-4 hours. PLEASE this is important, be patient 🥺

B) if we are just looking at impact on well-being, rawdoging about 1000 calories of cheese and butter with shit loads of saturated fats, salt, and very little protein is in no way shape or form healthier than even the shittiest white bread. If you swap it out for wholegrain bread the difference is even greater. If you think its tasty, cool, by all means share the recipe. But dont bring "guilt" into it and CERTAINLY dont pretend half a block of cheese and half a stick of butter is healthier than bread just because theres no carbs.
