Samsung is junk, I replaced that evaporating cooling panel 2 times, ice maker 3 times, never again will I buy anything from Samsung again, I keep a spare twin cooling panel in my garage, as far as the ice maker goes I've given up I am going to have to live with out ice😤😡🤬 Samsung refrigerators suck. Biggest waste of money I ever spent.

Worst refrigerator ever made. They should all be recalled. And some one should go to jail

I will not purchase any Samsung at all. Any appliances date or a piece of s*** Insurance even acknowledge that or give me credit for it

Just remove the white insulation stuck to the cover and you’ll b golden 😊

I’ve learned to never buy anything Samsung… They need to stick with television! Period! And even those are getting horrible too. They sucks! My brand new refrigerator lasted 6 months .

I think my thermostat is bad. Happened twice this week. The temps show normal but, its noticeably warmer. Unplug then plug back in it shows freezer temp almost 40f and fridge temp almost 60. Then temp starts to go down

Change defrost sensor and stick to samsung phones

My fridge is doing the same thing right now

We want our money back

My ge is the exact same layout with the exact same issue.

Samsung is the worst, I would never buy any Samsung appliances again, it's a nightmare to get any support., just wasting your time and energy for nothing

I do the same thing every 3 months. I put it in defrost but only the bottom part clears Mine looks just like yours 😢

I'm not an engineer and I'm having the same problem like everyone. I know exactly what the problem is. Pull the top off & block of ice stopping fan. So I'm thinking the heating element is gone & fan. Got a fan because of the stress put on motor not moving while told to by system. NOT good on Electric motor not moving while Electric current asking it to. Got the heating element to thinking thats the issue. But while I was in heard it melting ice. The issue is thecooling line coming in the top. Its not close enough to the heating element to melt the ice off. And over time that ice is going to build up until it stops the fan. It took 4yrs but how come I see the problem & they don't. I spent 51$ total for both fAN AND heating element off Amazon

You want a refund 😂, your the consumer , and you demand, so consumer demand makes companies build things fast with not much dedication or time to fully test them , leading to poor designs like this, because you demand, so what can we do, nothing but live with it , such is life

If there’s a law suit. Let me know. I have to defrost every month. It sucks

We have had the repair guy come out twice for the same reason. Samsung is a ripe off!! Now our refrigerator is flashing 2 a. I had it 2 years we shouldn’t have no problem with this expensive refrigerator. It should be some type of recall!!

We have had service for this problem. He used insulation on the outside. NEVER ONCE DID HE TAKE THE BACK OFF INSIDE THE FRIG. we didnt have to pay but thos is ridiculous

Same problem... They recommended to just buy a new one. Most parts are back order for yrs

It has a defrost setting that'll melt that off

They make them to break so I have to buy another one why did all the refrigerators last for 30 years and new ones barely make it to 10

I am having the same problem. My warranty just ran out. I have had so much problem with this Samsung refrigerator. They said I have to get it repaired on my own eve though it is a flaw.

Garbage fridge!

These companies suck!

I know it makes no difference to this company but I have avoided buying anything Samsung makes due to this lousy refrigerator. I just wished a lawyer would put together a class action suit.
