@@internationally_blended yes the kids love it. I didn’t realize Trader Joe’s sold that stuff since I rarely go so I’ll have to make a trip this weekend. Also if you’d like to try it it’s The America’s Test Cook Kitchen Pasta with Sausage Ragu. If you can’t get it then I’ll type it out for you from memory. ETA I think you actually might be able to find it on YT. Also there is usually a ton of sauce left over and I freeze it and save it for another quick dinner down the road.

@Nationof300 hi!!!! I believe they are in the Crawfish family. They are just very small. We buy them dehydrated and grind them into powder to put in the stew.

Cucumbers, white onion, salt, pepper, ranch seasoning, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, sour cream, vinegar, and Parmasean cheese.

@jaiphillips2280 it was 2 days, but they did come back with a few things we needed to turn in paperwork for. They were much quicker than the bank and we already had the paperwork on hand to send so it was a quick process.

Hello! We are so sorry your closing may get pushed back. Just some background; our offer was accepted in October and we didn't close until February. We didn't get our commitment letter or our clear to close until SONYMA did their underwriting. At the time they had a 4 day turn around time (and they about 13 conditions we had to satisfy). Maybe on Monday if you don't get the clear to close you should call and ask what the turn around time is on underwriting. Advice, have all of your documents ready so you can send what they need if they ask. Hope this helps! If not, send your follow up questions!

Hi! It took 4 months from the time we went under contract to closing. We did some back and forth with the seller (they lived out of town) and had some holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas) in the midst as well.
