Really wonderful transcription work! I especially love how you handled بتشتي الدني. I maybe disagree with a couple of small places and decisions. E.g. there is a missing G sharp (actually an A flat) in the left hand at 0:20 (where you play an Am chord) that adds a lot of color to that moment. But maybe you opted against it- it is not very justified harmonically, and the diminished 3rd move back to F sharp is indeed slightly awkward. Do you live in the Netherlands? Are you primarily a classical pianist? Would love to hear more of your work!
Thanks a lot for your comment! That is indeed a spot where I had my doubts, at first I thought it was his beautiful mistake, but now that you mention it, I would say that the G# is the sharp11 in D79#11 and I also love the color it gives at that spot. It was for consistency that I chose to play a Am7 to D7 there. Because I believe that later on it does not return.
