How To, 3D Artificial Ice Topper, Tumbler Tutorial

I cannot remember where I purchased the tumbler. It’s a thick 16oz stainless steel sublimation tumbler, that I have sanded and prepped to make it an epoxy glitter tumbler. (I threw the box away so I cannot refer back to the manufacture, I apologize! You can use any tumbler of your choosing to achieve the same results!)
