I cant seem to get my belts 100% on correctly, straight lines keep wiggling. The one connected to the limit switch is the main issue. If I try to tighten it from the back end, it pulls the limit switch forward (because its literally 'floating') and trying to deal with the belt through that end is even worse because the belt goes through the same hole that the screw does, so just the act of putting the screw in, pushes the belt back, creating slack.

It's take lots of time to convert from Quad mesh to t - Still it's processing from last one hour. Please help

You got your limit switch wrong

360F = 182C We print over 200C or 392F

You should have added a regular cheap ptfe tubing to get a benchmark of what we usually get with the printers.

How do you focus the laser?

You do not get the temperature you dial in, it is not a feedback guage, it's simply a number connected to where you move the dial. maby a decent estimation of where the core of the iron will eventually end upp, but as you may have seen on a printer, that really has a real sensor giving feedback to the screen showing actual temp. it takes a good while to get there. you se the number you like on the screen and push the ptfe against the tip....

Hi, I need some help, i have just purchased laser master 2s2, and set it up, the only trouble is the X-axis is not moving, I have checked the cables and when i home the y-axis moves but the x-axis does not, plus the laser GRBL shows an icon that says 'Alarm' can you help?

I appreciate the resource but the instructions are not very clear in your description or visually and can easily lead to a lot of errors in assembly. Very frustrating to follow along at times. For example at 16:57 when you recommend to thread the belt prior to screwing after you already finished that step. The viewer is following along so almost certainly that isn't helpful. Not trying to sound ungrateful for your video as it is helpful, but just hope future viewers can save some headaches I had.

Thank you for making this video. While there may be areas to improve (which you have freely acknowledged), I would not have been able to assemble my engraver without your help.

Why would you take all that time and effort to produce a training video that has such bad sound recording? Don't you check your work before you post it? We are all very interested in what you want to say and teach us.

You really need better and clearer camera angles. You cant be out of shot on an instructional video. I turned this off tbh!

8 minutes video can be compressed into one statement. Both tubes can handle way more than 300 degrees Celsius. That's not a good review

Hi I don't understand why my wheel doesn't go inside the aluminium profile they look too big.

Mentioning the belt after the screw step helps no one, garunteed everyone who builds along has to retighten top belt because you don't mention it till after motor is mounted.

Really, there is no difference that makes it any better than standard PTFE (of maybe even worse?!). I got both and it is just marketing lobbying BS!!!

Hi, I get always triangle mesh as output, but Fusion can't convert purely triangle mesh. I see no option to control this in Image2Surface. Where could it go wrong?

When it homes the motor doesn’t stop I think maybe the limit switch doesn’t work? Or is this a driver issue?
