Is it free? And do i need do pay after downloading it?
you can 3d model for free, but you can only export to 3ma, you cannot export to obj or fbx and you have limited access to the 3d model library unless you subscribe (there is a free converter addon on Blender somewhere so you don't have to pay)
dude how tf do you download a github thingy
Just click the zip file on github(.)com and look for the download button. It is too small so you might need to search how to download from github.

Did you miss changing the retraction amount before it cuts the filament think you have to do in gcode
I was not aware of that parameter
Wow soo cool brooo😁👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I have a diferent method: i create a torus and delete the part i won't use and conect the vertices in the cilinders with the same size, it results in much less vertices than the video
When this video was released, the functionality of editing the torus eas not implemented yet, so by that time this was the most flexible way of doing it.
@@exsurgemechprints2671 i imagined it
Nice! This is good to know since I use the same modeling apps.
You dont have to pay for premium anymore 😂🤑
@@exsurgemechprints2671 AMAZING!
Wait how'd you unlock this mech?
in dgunners sigma you basically grind a lot then grind a lot then grind some more. because this is like the last unlockable mech with 999 blueprints, and the mechs that you need to unlock before this also require an insane amount of blueprints.
@exsurgemechprints2671 I could've sworn that the 999 blueprint one is rashlahague since I have it. Anyways it's cool as hell and do you plan on making any more DGs?
oh man its pay-to-unlock, i was hoping to make a cool animation
holy moly can i get the model?
Omg finally I found this trick.
Great video, just got myself the same printer and was curious about this. You have some great ideas and solutions, keep up the great work!
thank you very much!

Just wanna say, those mechs look SUPER high quality for FDM. I'm part of a 3D printed gunpla group on Facebook, and almost everything there is resin printed. I feel like your video shows that you can make really high quality looking mocha kits thru FDM. Sorry, I know this wasn't the intent of your video (your multi color printing tips are very insightful nonetheless, as I also have an AMS + an X1C), but just wanted to say that lol.

bud, Skibidi toilet ain't cringe. plus u haven't give yourself a chance to watch the recent episodes as it gets more brutal and gore also blood.
It's a nice design. Actually in my opinion cutting outside the printhead is the best solution, if you have a reliable unload (like you get from a Revo standard nozzle), but maybe some stringing on the tip. So you get as low waste as possible. Actually looking to the Bambulab printers, they have an interesting aspect wich is rarely mentioned anywhere: They use something they call a "filament buffer", wich actually is a "feeder sychronizer ". A slider with a spring, inside the slider is a magnet and a hall effect sensor detects the position of the slider. So the speed of the active AMS-feeder is synced to the extruder. So both the extruder/its feeder and the AMS feeder are both engaged in parallel. The other AMS feeders are also engaged permernantly to their filament, doing nothing. Here my idea starts: If you join 4 filaments with a hub just before the feeder sychronizer, just before the tube enters the printer (or with the hub/synchronizer on top of the printhead on a bedslinger, like on the new A1), after pasing the hub the next filament can be loaded imeditly, as it has his own AMS-feeder. Still, the unloaded filament can still be processed, retracted to a 2-way selector, wich switches than the filament has passed, than the old filament is pushed again, into the cutter, is cut, than retracted again though the selector, it swiches back and loads directly in front of the hub to be loaded again if its his turn again. So the times to load and unload are massivly reduced. No cut (and poo), as this is done Independent of the printer. Time for filamentchange could be reduced to less than 30 seconds (an AMS needs 90, AMS light 80 seconds). With some sort of "extruder-disengager" It could even reduced more. On unload the printhead would work like a bowden extruder - so even if filament tip still is soft passing the extruder gears, they wouldn't deform the tip, as they are not engaged... Another idea: Instead a two way selector, deciding if the filament goes to the hub or to the cutter, a multiple way selector. To cutter, hub1, hub2... For example with an Idex, to print more than two colours. Filament change always done on the extruder currently not used. Or on a toolchanger. For example with a 5-way selector. head (and hub) 1&2 with 0.4mm nozzle, 3&4 with 0.8mm nozzle. Every filament could be used in any head needed. Actually, build big enough, you might build a system with 8 such spoolholders with feeder and selector to supply maybe 4 printers. Each printer has an "filament sychronizer" and a 8-times input hub. Than you make a controllpanel, wich spool should be used for wich printer. You might only one printer with 8 filaments (using the other three maybe with a bypass input - you need this for TPU anyway). Or 4 printers with two filaments each (maybee tobuse PLA/PETG support interface trick or simply to continue printing with the next spool). Just some ideas I think about . Sadky, neither my design- nor my programming skills can keep up with this ideas...
Cutting outside the hotend was my approach, but with bambulab's approach and mindset (just purging and cutting the filament inside the hotend) I can say that just purging the molten filament saves more filament than the failed prints that will result by pulling the filament out then cutting the tip.
If anyone has a 24V main board printer, a bambulabs hotend and some tinkering and programming skills then they can make this work. But probably they're just better buying the A1.
@@exsurgemechprints2671 Actually with high flow hotends, this is certainly true. However, with Revo standard nozzles you get reliable unload and a quite nice filament tip everytime - exept some stringing. Actually I had some issues on my Qidi X-Max 3 unloading filament with the original hotend (still to soft tip when reaching the gears, sometimes messing inside the extruder. You have to pull manually while unloading to prevent this). So I changed the hotend to a revo with standard nozzle. And filament was unloaded fine, with nearly perfect filament tip. On a Revo High-Flow however, same problem as with the original hotend. So my conclusions: - on a standard nozzle, esp. a combined heatbreak nozzle combo, you can reliable unload filament. Also never had problems on unload with standard Revo nozzles on any other printer of mine. Still, the tip might not be perfect, a small cut (at least stringing) might help. - on high-flow nozzles you should always cut between heatbreak and nozzle. There might be (untested) alternatives, like adding an "disengagement-mechanism" for unload. But nothing well tested. If you only habe a few filament changes, the cut&poo approach ist definitly the best. However, for full-colour prints the time used for filament changes can easaly exeed the time for actually printing multiple times. So in my opinion, both should be supported: Using cutter inside the printhead, with highflow nozzle, and cutting (trimming the tip) outside, using a standard nozzle. So depending on the actuall object, cuto&poo (long time for filament change) + high flow nozzle (if only some filament changes are needed) or fast filament change but slower printing speed can be chosen (but it is only faster if using one independent feeder with motor for each filament) . At the moment, you either get high flow + (slow) cut&poo or standard flow with also slow 1forAll filaments feeder using a selector. Of course the AMS is superior there.
@@exsurgemechprints2671 Of course the A1 is a nice product. But with a huge number of filamentchanges it gets incredibly slow. While I would like to add a filament cutter to my XMax3 (actually the first version had one - the version 2 is a downgrade there), I definitly want to shorten down time for filament changes - even if it means lower volumetric flow. Cutting inside the hotend isn't new, actually someone has even designed a modified Voron stealtburner with integrated cutter (but with the servo integrated, I prefer the more lightweight approach bambu uses). But it definitly cost time. So I prefer an alternative with fast filament change. Which isn't on the market at the moment..
How to put object in?
there is a button called model library to add 3d primitives or premade 3d models.
Kotobukiya sure will paid you as their new designer even though this game is already dead
I have more 3D models on my Gumroad (link in bio) if only there is a way to apply for a job there 😂😂 I couldnt even speak japanese.
