I feel the need for SPEED!!

I own a 2005 Nissan Frontier SV 4.0 which is this engine, and it pulls strong! Its a truck, not meant for racing but this is fast for a midsize!

The 6 spd manual does better tbh, and without the risk of turning the trans into a strawberry milkshake. BUT ONLY if the the timing chain guides haven't already sent your timing chains for an unexpected journey, or the piston rings fail prematurely....or the variable valve timing goes bananas and sets off the timing repeatedly, Or one of 4 cats (if not all) fail prematurely (partly due to the rings mentioned earlier) Anyways, i as a parts dept manager for Nissan, i wish you the best of luck. I eventually VK56 swapped mine.

I have a 2010 frontier pro 4x. Those 4 liter V6 engines were a beast of an engine for those SUVs and compact pick ups. Personally, they’re one of my favorite Nissan engines. It has 250 k and runs like a clock.

0-60 embarrassing, my 1500 goes faster then that and its a pos.

My 2010 Corolla can go faster than that 😭

I see a lot of people hating on this truck. Obviously, it's not fast. I didn't buy it to be fast. It's literally a 4500 truck shaped AND colored like a refrigerator.

This didn't work for me. I was able to tighten the cable, but the brake still did not stop the car from moving. I had someone pull the hand brake while I observed where the cable came into the back of the caliper (you don't need to lift the car to observe). I saw the cable move, but it did not move the lever on the back of the caliper that pushes the caliper piston. That metal plate that is connected to the caliper had lots of rust and dirt. First, I thewent in and loosened the cable way back to where it was, Then I sprayed the rusty plate with PT blaster and worked it with a wench. Eventually, I got it loosened up. I retightened the cable and it works great now. If it stops working again, I'll take it apart and properly clean it. But this was much faster to do in a 20 degree garage so the car would pass inspection.....

Howcome your 2nd gear hits 60, my 2nd only hits 58 before the rev limiter kicks in and mine is a 13 sport manual.

Test drove one was surprised at how punchy and responsive the 2.4 was with the manual. Felt quite brisk at acceleration. The 3.5 with the 6 speed must be an absolute hoot to drive

Nice I jusy hit 104k miles on my 14 Accord V6 Touring. Sounds like you reached the same point in my Accord ownership. It's funny you mention the AWD, that's exactly what I want to go back to, living in IL with snow as well just like MO. I know you commented on my recent post on my channel, and I didn't reply but you are spot on. I'm likely going back to a 2015 Subaru WRX. AWD, 6 speed manual, awesome handling world rally blue pearl. Identical to what I had prior. I loved the Accord and I know i can easily get another 100k miles out of the engine, but I just want go back to shifting my own gears, have that All-wheel drive grip, and I want a car that can handle well in corners.

Sorry brotha, but this is straight garbage. ALL WRONG. 1. No Honda on this planet uses the metric system! It's probably 12mm. 2. Just use a long extension. 3. You didn't show pulling the back cover off the console, 0r the actual cable adjustment! Which defeats the entire purpose of your video. 4. Please don't do anymore "how to" videos.
