Tim Horton originally from Canada is no longer in Canada! I love Kenny Roger’s but I can only get it in the Philippines now.
I hate the Philippines so I'm going back to the USA in April 2025.
Monkey? He should have replied "Dance Cow"
OHHHH OK, PROJECTING MUCH KID? NEXT....
I've done many things in the Philippines. The only thing I haven't done is Balut and drink soda from a plastic bag. It just doesn't sit right with my Psyche.
Right... only Heidi's 2nd time with the bag soda.
I listened to this 3 hour show. You have the gift of gab! Hahaha
Thank you so much.

Welcome to the channel! 😄
WHO is pro china. It’s USA that funds them in millions. Covid was denied by WHO as originally from Wuhan and sent the world reeling!
Right 👍
I'm not sure what letter combo if it's SSI or what, but my mom didn't work much in her life and would only get about 600, but was able to qualify to receive the 1600 that her bf Jim got once he passed away because they were together for so long it was deemed common law marriage. But she can't move away and must always keep an address in the US. I'm moving to the PH in a couple months and had the thought her life could be better and I could even get out and help her meet an honest Filipino man that could be there for her and see her have a much better life. A.sode truth is that even if she could leave and got the guaranteed 1600 I think she wouldnt be brave enough to try even with me there to give her a safe place to be and show her around. Some guys I meet like a 71 year old in my neighborhood who lives in his sister's house in a room cuz she pities him I've tried telling about my plans and the few times I see him scoot around for a little walk he honestly seems to actively dodge the topic. Some just don't seem to have that Indiana Jones or Tomb Raider gene. My mom I believe would be too scared to try it. She had a cruise she lost the money on cuz she got too scared to ever go. All she had to do was go get her passport and go and had a friend who lost money also since the friend booked it for them and did all the planning and my mom just paid the friend half. Sorry I can't write short comments lol. It's very cool to see a woman also see the benefits one can find living in the PH.
Also I am 40. I have partial disability myself but still work full time to live here and in just an average cost city and I make so little. But about 1.5 years ago I stumbled on thie term expat and boom. What area do you guys live and are there mosquitoes dengue risks etc?
We live in the Angeles city area , few miles from airport. No dengue is not a big issue in our area.
As with any Asian country you are going to have your pros and cons hot weather being one of them if you don't like hot weather don't move there if you don't like rainy weather and I mean pouring rain don't move there and then again we have to deal with the humidity sometimes the humidity is unbearable you are going to save on rent but it's not going to be that much maybe 500 or 600.00 but that's still a savings electricity is going to be expensive so get used to that then you have to deal with the brown out certain areas have times when they turn off the electricity for a given period of time kind of an inconvenience in some places and the biggest thing is you really need to have an Filipino friend to go shopping with you because there are prices for the locals and higher prices for the foreigners the other thing to remember is if you don't like to listen to roosters crowing all the time don't go there there are roosters everywhere ready alarm clocks if you like getting up early other than that great place to live kind of mellow lowercase except for traffic the other part is getting your funds from the United States to the Philippines can be a royal pain exchanging money is really a pain because you can pay more than you thought you would have it exchanged so just little things you got to deal with some moving there's really not all that cheap
All truths, thank you for sharing.
Love the song at the end ! Amazing recording.
Thank you.
Not Manila if you want to buy a property in village at Benguet... Manila is nightmare... i am from Benguet, am going back when i get retired as i have my own property i built my own new house with no need the permission of the council no council tax no tv licence so it depend....

I used to live in Subic bay freeport and liked it back in 2017. Moving forward I'm back and retired and I was going to find a place in Angeles City. However, after being there for two weeks the traffic was just to crazy for me there so I am back in SBMA/Olongapo area.
Yes the traffic can be rough.
T Philippines is... lawless.. dishonest...low IQ...low skills... even the children are corrupt.. All of them throw rubbish in the streets including soiled nappies...beaches and coastline are rubbish dumps.most men are drunkards...incest and teenage pregnancy an epidemic... 7 years .. time to go

Salamat, you're doing a great service for those of us living here peacefully. Your video helps keep the undesirables away. 👍 😊
We appreciate you! 😊
You ready to eat na?
Who isn't 😄👌
My I ask, what other income besides S Security and TH-cam?
Heidi's is social security, mine is several sources, local and online.👍
Microphone of Heidi has echo? George does not have it, pleasant to listen.
I will try to fix that in the future videos.
It sounds like you’re not happy living there. Therefore my question is “Why are you living there?”
Didn't say that, and it's cheap and my husband lives here.
@ then I’d try to be more positive
😄🤔
Love it when Heidi speaks Tagalog phrases. She wants to immerse.
Disability ? while you were helping him with his buisness?
Yes , That's what I said but I followed the rules of social security.
So True
This lady Knows what she’s doing. Don’t be too Naive.
@AndyOmare I’m trying really hard to understand what your saying 🤣
Please do not move to the Philippines or any third-world country if you only have social security checks or you are poor. We do not need more homeless people and beggars. We have enough of them. Stay in your own country if you cannot create a business or help the people. There are Caucasian beggars now on the streets.
Planning on going to the Philippines year end. Spend time evaluating several different places to live then return to the states visit family located in different states say our goodbyes and begin a new life in the Philippines. Thanks for your honesty in pointing out the pros and cons. God bless you both. Hopefully we can share a cup of coffee when I visit the islands. ☺️🌹❤️
Sounds like a great plan.
250$ on electricity bill? you're probably using the old regular type ac. we use inverter type almost 24/7 and we pay regularly 130$ per month.
Yes, the AC makes a big difference in the bill.
Is there anyway that I could possibly find out if my medications are available there and an estimate of what they would cost me? I have heart disease & asthma.
Use a VPN and check out Watson pharmacy online.
@@ExpatainmentTalkPh Thank you so very much!! I will certainly try this.
Hey im 36 years old and im from europe, i met a fillipina almost 2 years ago and met her couple times in the phillipines. Yes everything takes a lot longer in the phillipines, she finished school last year and one year later she still didn't receive her degree yet ( its normal there ) She told me if you lose your passport it can take 3 years to get a new one. My plan is to bring here to europe for a year of 10 and then go back and live in the province. My plan is to pay off my house in europe and rent it out, then build a house and put on some solar panels, that way it should be quite cheap to live there i guess. Thank you for the video.
3 years in nonsense. 4-6 weeks is normal.
Love the old town song
Thank you 😊🙏
I'm a new follower to your channel and your very helpful and I really appreciate your honesty and patience....it's such a blessing to actually hear the pros and cons of the Philippines.
Thank you 😊🙏
I think a lot of women are concerned with the cost of living in the US. I am thinking about moving because when my husband passes, I will not be able to afford our place here. We spend all of our retirement now, and it will be less for me, without his pension!
We need more female expats! Filipino men are hardworking, they just need a head start. They have great sense of humor! Elder women need company and Filipino men and women are great companions!
Yes 👍
So much cheaper here.
its a third world country with third world infrastructure save for certain areas like BCG, and IT Park.
😂wow..these men never learn
Just my opinion - I'm wondering why they haven't tried reaching out to Raffy Tulfo or similar programs for assistance returning home (or go lives here too hehe). Their extensive list of needs (seems a lifetime support) suggests they should have considered a backup plan. While the Philippines may be more affordable, they should prepare for the possibility of that changing. I understand that returning home might be difficult, but age shouldn't be a barrier.
Some do reach out to Raffy.
Bananas are cheaper in the US.
Yes.
We are new retirees (my wife and I) living in Angeles currently. It'd be kinda cool if you perhaps reviewed some places you like to go.
We will be adding those to this channel George and I.
If you eat like a Filipino food, it is reasonable. If you want western stuff, you'll pay through the nose. I've gotten used to eating native beef, bought at the local wet market. They will cut steaks any way you want. It's important to get there very early though. Supermarkets are pretty expensive.
You have to go early if you want it fresh.
Absolutely, markets are the way to go, and cooking at home. We live chicken, and we buy breasts at market and I cook them all different ways. Rice is always good, and I fry my own with veggies and oyster sauce. 😋
I love chicken.
Too much garbage everywhere.
Yes the live streams are going to be two to three hours long that also gives an option for the viewers to communicate and ask questions. But thank you for watching.
I like these shorter ones
That was fast
Well it's not a live stream. Hope you are doing good.
@@ExpatainmentTalkPhyes thank you
With the lunatic and his cronies running the US, there will be such an influx of expats wanting to relocate, that the Philippine government might have to "control" immigration 😃😂
We’re you in the film industry (background posters) ?
nope, just love movies
I disagree 😂I both love and hate the Philippines 😂❤but mostly Love. I have a beautiful waray Waray wife of 12 years and 6 kids . 🇺🇸🇵🇭❤
Nice, same tribe that the Filipina pea is from.
Gonna give your channel a follow. Take it this is your “gloves off” channel. Appreciate your perspective. Wish you well with the channel.
Thanks for the follow!
Next Wednesday I will leave the phils for the last time. Ive been living here for 7 years. I bought my own condo which I have finally managed to sell, the paperwork involved in that was a nightmare alone. At 69 now I need the peace and tranquillity of my own little village back in the UK.
