can't find the 1st brush

when i paint those wing brushes they are so solid white in colour not like soft white transparent type what to do any suggestion ?

I downloaded the brushes from the link but somehow the one used is not there or not loading. Any suggestions?

These wings are my Photoshop Brushes. The website all-free-download.com is hosting them illegally, and I have hosted a DMCA copyright complaint with them to have them removed. You are more than welcome to use my brushes in your tutorial, but could you update the link in your description to my website, please? (The link you give here will stop working when they remove the file, as they're required to do, anyway.) The person found them on deviantArt, but in order to use them, according to my terms of use (which should have come with the download when you downloaded them), in order to use them you need to either purchase a license for them or link to my website. Thanks very much! I design all these personally, and all I ask for is a return link.
