Not only can the melodious player not dump with refrain because of aria, but they fuse 2 monsters for etoile, neither of which is a maestra. Etoile needs a melodious maestra monster and 2 melodious, he just used 2 melodious.The guy is just cheating out his arse

Played against Unknown12, he got extremely salty when I destroyed his melodious deck with Amorphage. That dude needs to get off the high horse and accept a good game when it's a good game.

Jesus this was bad. hieratic would still triggered even if banished in game 1. Also in game 2 phantasmay could have been held until pisty but more importantly you should have normal summoned tracer and looped him back to hand and searched with striker to force the droll in turn 1. This would force Jesse to discard phantasmay, so when you played Beast on turn 2 and you could have just made hieratic with redeyes + lub and passed, in SP you can bounce the borrelend to hand, float into magma and pop the red eyes with beast (use mag as cl1 to search for serfert in EP) then Jesse is top decking with striker + Romulus gone and only savage on field, he could make seals pass after swinging with savage but summoning will trigger regained, and ofc in the ep you’re gaining seyfert + drawing for turn. Seyfert discard for ravine and send router, giving tracer to hand + banish seyfert to get lub and draw for regained (starting your turn with 2 fresh draws). Search with lub and summon Druid then ns tracer and if he bounces either you just trigger regained after he floats to get a bystial (which replace Druid if he bounces this), then sector launch would replace tracer if he bounces him letting you make a lvl 10 synchro which you could make Baronne to keep things simple (at which point if he hasn’t used the bounce of seals then it’s too late - same with if you made dis Pater) OR you could pop regained with tracer BEFORE making your synchro (pater) and have recharger, then pater could revive a banished monster and if you used Druid to banish your own mag earlier you can spec him and trigger his eff for another search. Then recharger into the striker you cycled back and use the 2nd eff to pop itself and add recharger - then discard him to SS tracer and make a 2nd lvl 10 synchro ,probably Angel, and banish whatever he floated into with seals. Then have Dis Pater + Angel with a stacked grave + live sector + draws and in EP search off mag and place regained back face up using beast (since tracer popped). This would have been almost impossible to get out of for a DL deck top decking (especially considering the number of board breakers have been sided in and again, striker + rom are gone)
