Thank you for your clear demonstration. I brought a nalbinding kit least weekend from a stall at a fibre and wool show . It was to make socks, so I spun some wool to practice with I just need to practice now 😂😂

I think I’m finally getting the stitches correct. Something about my first knot seems wrong. How do you pull the stitches taught?

Where does the third loop on the thumb come from at 6:26? Before that there are only two loops on the thumb.

That's not the Russian stitch. It's actually the Åsle stitch.
