Why FlySafair is Allowed to Break Rules
FlySafair’s continued operations, despite violating regulations, highlight a troubling disregard for South Africa’s licencing authorities, among other things, free will and disregard for consumer protection laws. This video aims to understand why the airline is allowed to break rules.

Why Brigetty Is Seen As the Worst US Ambassador For South Africa
มุมมอง 15616 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
The U.S. Ambassador Reuben Brigety leaves his diplomatic duty after subjecting the country to the worst storm the nation has ever faced following his allegations that South Africa supplied weapons to Russia. An independent inquiry found no evidence to support Brigety's assertions. The claims strained diplomatic ties, and harmed South Africa’s economy and global reputation, but Brigety later apo...

Why Saudi Arabia is Investing Nearly R10 Billion in Limpopo
มุมมอง 15K21 วันที่ผ่านมา
If you are here for tea, skip to 03:30…. Saudi Arabia has announced that it would invest R9.5 billion to build a platinum smelter and base metals refinery in Limpopo’s Waterberg region. This is an innocent investment, but has not since stopped speculators to assume that this funding injection is somehow linked to reports of Ekland resorts that were first brought to light by AmaBhungane back in ...

Why South Africa Destroyed Its Nuclear Weapons

South Africa is touted as the best example of having a nuclear programme and then going on to dismantle it. In February 2019, the country ratified the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons thus becoming the first country to have had nuclear weapons that disarmed them and then went on to sign the treaty. But there is a lot more to the story, and in this video, we are unpacking the real re...

Total BS!! Mandela was a chief of the Xhosa in Transkei a region to the NE of the Cape. White people were already settled in the Cape for 126 YEARS before these Xhosa crossed the Fish River in 1778. The savage Xhosa came killing indigenous KhoiSan, stealing cattle (+-40,000) and attacking the farms of the White settlers - hereafter, the Boer. It was the people represented by the liar behind this narrative, the British, who conquered the Cape in 1806 & eventually also conquered the savage & brutal Xhosa and integrated Transkei into the British Union of South Africa. Mandela and his Xhosa people had ZERO right to South Africa outside of the Transkei. ZERO!! Apartheid, or Separation in English, was a just attempt by the Boer to break up the forced British Union when Colonial rule ended in 1961. The Boer even gave the Xhosa the southern portion of Natal, a region they had purchased from the vile Zulu in 1838 (who then tried to annihilate the Boer but lost at the Battle of Blood River on 16 December 1838). The British then conquered Natal in 1843 from the Boer, and then later the Zulu Kingdom to the north of it, and forced both into the Union in 1910. Mandela deserved the death penalty in 1960. The entire world understood that. Even Amnesty International did not take up his cause. But his sentence was commuted to life, and even more, he was offered a deal after 11 years: return to Transkei (with it's gifted southern Natal land) and be free, but renounce terrorism against the rest of South Africa. He refused freedom and independence, because his British & Jewish masters (represented by Johnny Clegg) offered him a greater prize...President of a re-Colonised South Africa. Don't talk about "emancipation" and "rights to the economy". Freedom was always a short walk into their re-established Homelands (where they were settled before the insatiable British conquered them and forced them into the Union with the Boer Republics). But why would the Black race, who never created ANYTHING want freedom in their own former Homelands, when they can remain in the forced British Union and take over what was NEVER theirs by taking advantage of the White man's system of Democracy (as alien to them as everything else the White man brought to the southern tip of the continent) because of their numbers...19x the number of Boer...thanks to the forced British Union. Even if this video story is correct...who gives a sh.t!! Give them back the Transkei, but this time we keep the southern portion of Natal. Ungrateful bastards!!

The government needs to address this issue. Many in Cape Town prefer short-term rentals like Airbnb because long-term leasing to locals feels too risky. Current laws make it hard and costly to evict tenants who damage properties or stop paying rent, leaving landlords vulnerable.😢

I don’t know why the South African government is not talking about this. As a working professional and local cape townian who has built his career for the past 10 years I have seen a massive change in the apartments in the city. Old building are becoming air bnbs, new buildings are matchbox sized air bnbs at a high cost to purchase. Now I’m considering leaving the city because it’s Becoming over touristy. 10 years ago cape town was a sleepy city. We never had this much traffic. It really is starting to feel like LA. We have not even begun to talk about the impact all this has on the most vulnerable.

There's no evidence of Mandela physical contact with any of his comrades including Winnie since 1985. They say he completed his LLB during this time from UNISA. In 1961 interview with ITV when he organised a Stay Home Strike, he was being referred as a young lawyer not a law student. Did he practice law without LLB? I remember reading article about a lady, who was accounting for Mandela as his secretary when he was practicing as a young Black lawyer born from a royal family... something like that. There's lots of holes in the life of Mandela since 1977 after Steve Biko's senseless asassination by apartheid police. At this point, I have no problem with the compromises made because, ANC and almost all S.African politicians are communist which is very bad for hardworking and industrous man. To simply dismiss this observation as Conspiracy by the establishment speaks volume. The Xhosa he speaks is very short clips and they are staged. Even after leaving presidency, which is 1996 even though officially after 1999 elections. He never done one interview in his own mother thung? No recorded or televised interview in IsiXhosa where there's language exchange. The Nelson Mandela Foundation clips are so telling. AmaXhosa or Xhosa people take so much pride in their own culture and customs, there is no way that a Xhosa man can speak his own language as rare as he did.For example, his successor, Mbeki he will speak his language unprovoked and will sing in his own language- Go to TRC archives where He defends some Xhosa cultural singings called Igwijo, Kgalema Motlanthe, spoke and sang in his own mother thung. Zuma, Ramaphosa both speak and sing in thier mother thung. If you could please show me, Mr Mandela's archive after 1985/1990 singing and having not a speech but an exchange in his mother thung? Mr Mandela is so famous that his letters are kept and including in books by the authors. Can I please see his communications to UNISA between 1985-1989 since he was doing distance learning, those needs to be in our Museums since they have historic importance for South African democracy. Why did he not have a graduation ceremony or some congratulation from his comrades after finishing his LLB? How many modules were left when he resumed, why I don't hear any UNISA lecturers recounting marking Mandela's exam papers and assignments? There are holes in Mandela's alibi since 1985, 1985 coincides with his surgery for enlarged prostate gland- i think this is the part where they fixing why his body was moved from his Prison cell - They call it prison transfer to Polsmoor prison. The book by Jonny Steinberg is nothing more than trying to discredit Winnie Mandela while simultaneously poking more wholes on Mandela stay in Polsmoor story.
