Rear door on our horsetrailer was rotten and needed replacing. 100 euro for the special plywood and a whole bunch of nuts and bolts.
BMW R1100GS (1995) with Dominator Slip-on and John Gemi Stage 10 Eeprom (Chip)

I fitted a Dominator exhaust system and John Gemi Chip (Stage 10) on my bike. The Dominator Slip-on and cat delete pipe is really light and well made, cheap too at €150. John Gemi Chip runs smooth, maybe a little rich but it makes the bike feel better. The Dominator exhaust is LOUD... painfully and embarrassingly loud. Even with the supplied db killer fitted, so I rammed a short section of open...

so what size are the original tires? are they 28"? something like 32-622?
Anyone know where I can buy one of these????
I have not found that outrigger cleat after multiple searches. Can you like any info about it? Thanks.
Det ögonblicket kommer aldrig att förtvina,
When you changed your cleat position did you have to slightly lower your saddle height?
Yes... roughly speaking for each 10mm I moved them rearward I would lower my saddle by half (5mm) I have since (physio rehab) regained some strength on my calf muscles and am now running with 35mm rearset cleats, instead of the 63mm in this video.
I ride it as little as possible because it is truly terrifying!
Cool bike do you ride it much I am off to collect my first one tomorrow
They are laced correct. Exiting spoke is laced "over over under" (3 cross) or on your wheel "over under". I agree with the spoke length not being correct. Have the spoke tension correct before riding again for your safety.
damn this is really bad

He forgot to check for sharp objects still in the tread. That causes a lot of 2nd punctures.
I'm interested, but the link to www.luck.es does not seem to work.
+Konstantin KesperI was the guy who did your shoes, I just hope you are happy with the result. Best Regards.

The arcing is caused by pitting on the starter where it contacts the body. Look where the sparks are. The pitting left only a small surface area connecting the two pieces together, causing arcing on the un-pitted area. To fix it, take apart the starter and sand/grind down the area.
