The International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) is a progressive, diversified trade union that primarily represents operating engineers, who work as heavy equipment operators, mechanics, and surveyors in the construction industry, and stationary engineers. The operators may work in operations and maintenance in building and industrial complexes, or in the service industries. Regardless of the industry our Kansas City operators work in, it’s our privilege to represent them and create a community where we can grow in our profession together and watch out for each other.
Founded in 1896, IUOE today has approximately 400,000 members in 123 local unions throughout the United States and Canada. IUOE is the 10th largest union in the AFL-CIO. Over 100 state-of-the-art training and operating engineer apprenticeship programs ensure that IUOE members are the safest, most productive, and highly skilled craft workers.

You wouldn’t believe it however my quantum mechanic trechataries, where hacked Ande none operational, any way I am crimanilized to what did it. Love Ande brotherhood between all man kind until doomsday or better engineered system, I can guerntee the ionic feild of industrial containment is critical. Danke thanks for the practical training in industrial safety Ande awerness. It is predatorial not in keeping with standard best practice ande proctoced atomic infantry. What requirement are needed to be an apprentice
Pretty good intro video. I had to wait 3 minutes for the guy to say Kansas, so I had no idea where you are until then and that's the only mention I heard. Might want to put that into the description. I get that mostly people are landing here from your website and it doesn't matter for them. But I landed here on a youtube suggestion. No hate, just saying, brother from local 150 since 1995
How do I join the 101?
I'm in a different operator local, so take this with a grain of salt. I'd check their website for info about an apprenticeship application. Expect it to be a pain in the ass. Applying is a process, it filters out people who are just not going to show up for work. Best decision of my life though

@@M3ntalTig3r 2 things. Recruit is the wrong word I think. It implies the union is searching for people to offer jobs to. Never seen that happen. People come to the union hoping to get hired. Green Cards are going to be a local thing, there is no universal answer for the union as a whole. You'll have to check with the local wherever you are applying.
