For the future when selling cards, you should have a PWE shipping option (I think eBay calls it eBay standard envelope) to select that is $1.25 which is to ship cards in paper weight envelopes. It is a specific service eBay has set up with USPS and that is eligible for cards that sold for $19.99 or less. eBay provides a regular label with the tracking number and it should bypass putting any amounts on hold unless you have other things affecting your account.
