I do not think Germany has a welcoming culture nor does it emphasize integration and inclusivity. The proof of this can be seen in German society as a whole. The Turks, The Arabs in Germany hold steadfastly to their own cultures and traditions. There are several no go areas where even the german police are afraid to enter. The country is facing with a dempgraphic problem and is now dangling carrots before foreign skilled workers just to attract them into Germany. German citizenship is a trap for skilled workers for higher taxes not only on your local income but also on your global income. A highly skilled foreign worker will be contributing nearly half of his income towards taxes and social security. The pension payments he makes are for the benefit of the German population that retires yearly. The pension that he will receive will depend on the state of the country's economy when he or she retires. This is what the Germans do not tell you. If the economy gets worse over the years a skilled worker may have to work until he drops dead.
