I feel like every time I get an upgrade, I get a wave of these headaches too.. feels kinda like a sinus headache but I know my sinuses are clear & good.. so I know it's usually other stuff going on. Also, people doing work on us.. always a factor. Thanks for these last two reads, super interesting to start my day out with. And for still coming on to share despite the headaches. Try drinking some salt-water for headaches, being told to tell you.. (toss a little chunk of rock salt in your water bottle, I use Himalayan sea salt too - that works as well).. maybe you've tried before but.. yeah. When I've been getting them I do that for the day & by the next day it usually has passed. I know migraine is a condition & a bit different, symptomatically but.. maybe will help alleviate the pressure a bit. Anyway, hope it clears for you.🌾🙏🤍

Mmhmm yes my testimony well .. one of them... Is a few years ago a neighbor randomly went wild came to break and enter with a knife in one hand and huge scissors in the other. I somehow got the mental awareness to lock and slam my screen door in his face where we had a screaming match for about fifteen minutes until a neighbor from across the st. Walked over two different police depths showed up and literally nothing happened to that guy he pawned it off on mental health and I moved a few months later. These people are wild out here.
