    Hello I wonder what cooling hood treatment is actually for and what is it used for? how does the cooling cap treatment take place and how long do you have to wear the cooling cap during chemotherapy treatment and is it very cold or not. can you explain to me how it feels to wear the cooling cap in connection with the chemotherapy? I wonder why you have to have wet hair or damp hair and use conditioner in your hair before putting the cooling cap on your head? I'm wondering what kind of enhancements you have to do to your hair before you start the cooling cap treatment and before you put the cap on? do you have to wash your hair on the same day you get the cooling cap treatment and chemotherapy and or do you have to do it the day before and do you have to wet your hair and make your hair moist and put in conditioner before you put the cap on? why do you have to wet your hair and use conditioner before you put the cap on? Can you explain why you or that one does it? I'm wondering what exactly is cooling cap treatment? what function does it have and does it provide etc.? can you explain to me how the treatment takes place and works and how it is carried out etc.? how long does the cooling cap treatment together with the chemotherapy last on the day you receive the chemotherapy? I have another question, can you explain how it feels in the first few minutes of wearing the cooling cap at the start of the cooling cap treatment and is it cold to wear it in the first few minutes after the cooling cap is put on the head and at the start of the cooling cap treatment and after have they started the machine? is it uncomfortable to wear the cooling cap for the first few minutes after starting treatment with the cooling cap and do you get used to it after a few minutes and how long do you have to wear the cooling cap during the chemotherapy treatment? do you have to use it before you start chemotherapy and do you have to use it during chemotherapy and do you have to use it after chemotherapy to give maximum effect with the treatment? how long do you have to wear it before the treatment starts and during and how long do you have to wear the cooling cap after the treatment to give the best possible effect of scalp cooling and cooling treatment? hoping for an answer.     Tracey this is so interesting. I’ve definitely been through all those stages, and am just now trying to practice some self care. First step healthy eating and getting outside more. X
