I just wanna know why they chose Laugh-a-Lot and Harmony over Funshine and Share, it's really confusing. Maybe they'll do another release down the line so you can buy the main five again

I’ve still got the original poseable bears from my childhood. Care-A-Lot, the rainbow roller, and cloud mobile. As an adult I bought the cloud keeper and cold heart. I never got into any of the newer bears past grandma and hugs & tugs. I never cared about the cousins either. So all I have are the ones featured on the rainbow part of the Care-A-Lot playset. I never knew of Champ or Share Bear till I was 30 something years old.

Do you know if Friends Forever Bear 14" has a collector box anywhere?

damn, i'm sure i saw some boxed bears in a toy store i visited recently but didn't looked much to since it wasn't what i was searching for, i'm getting grumpy from a easter promotion here in brazil and i'm currently planning on collecting both grumpy and tenderheart (if money allows), so reading tenderheart is out of stores in US made me alert it may be hard to find here too. currently i have the options of the grumpy vinyl figure with a limited stock selling here and ragazzo's exclusive hugging pvc figures that i'll get both grumpy and tenderheart, lefting a space only for tenderheart's plush. i really wish he was alongside the ones i saw in that toy store.

I had a few of the Play Along Care Bear Cubs when I was a kid. I loved them so much! I was obsessed with playing mommy to them.

All I remember about the Care Bears are the original stuffies fron the 80's and the cartoon.

When I was a kid, I had one or two poseables, I think Cheer Bear and Good Luck Bear, but it's very hazy now. I definitely had the cloud car with the large colored ring like wheel. My wife has a custom made Wish Bear themed candle with a poseable Wish Bear, but I think the figure is a newer Chinese knockoff. I doesn't have the realistic hair tuft that the originals had. Lol

My wife has the jumbo Share Bear with the milkshake. I think it was from a thrift store but I can't remember. But she also has a jumbo Share Bear with the lollipops that is not featured in your video, but her tag says 2014, so she's quite new still.

This is a good video but i have to clear up a few things about these poseable care bears . the first 10 bears where released in 1983 , then in 1984 baby hugs and tugs and gramps were released alongside the cloud keeper and professor cold heart those two figures being the first released with accessories , then in 1985 when the line was starting to lower in sales kenner released champ bear and share bear and the care bear cousins and then re-released all the bear with accessories and new packaging to try to boost sales . this is why there are two types of boxes for the bears . the single boxes are 1983 and 1984 releases while any bears or cousins with accessories are 1985 usa releases.. the line was discontinued in early 1986 and these figure where not seen in stores by late 1986 to early 1987 hope that history clears up a few things for future viewers

Your channel is gold. Covering all the collections and versions but also being ultra detailed about packaging and release dates/regions. My wife grew up poor and I made a promise that she would get every toy she couldn't have back then. We collect the current line as a team because I loved the Care Bears when I was a kid also. She currently has 17 of the 14 inch plush characters, plus the limited Hopeful Heart, the shimmering Care-A-Lot, and the Do-Your-Best box set. It all started with either Togetherness Bear or I Care Bear (we can't remember which). I never thought we would collect so many but we love these. Gotta grab a standard Hopeful Heart, a Love-A-Lot, a Bedtime, a Cheer, and a Birthday Bear to complete the main cast. Looking forward to the new Sea Friend too. Great work. Keep it up!!!
