Had a Hypervolt 2 fitted in March 2023. Nothing but issues talking to my Ford Kuga Hybrid. Never charges without plugging in and out and rebooting countless times. Maybe its the Ford but support is zero.

Informative video ! Quick question please . Is the lead connector holder a must have ? Can l loop the lead around the charger and leave the connector hanging?
Thanks for your question. It's always advisable to stow charge leads using a holder as this will prevent, or at least limit, the ingress of moisture to the pins of the plug end. You can get aftermarket caps to do the same job if you wanted to avoid wall-mounting.
Do they charge you for electricity at commercial rate having an EV charger or is it residential rate?
I have my new easee charger but am unable to take the cable out when charging finished, or unlock My new car. Is there a knack to do it or something else I have to do?
Hi I'm having hypervault installed what do I need to move out the way for them? Some people can be cocks.
You need to move your shoes away from the consumer unit. You also need to move the bins away from where the charger is gonna be installed cos they won’t move them.

The LEDs are what make it look cheap, and in two years time... even cheaper. Hopefully they can be disabled, at least for those that don't want that; great for annoying the neighbours though...
