Yes, I can help you regarding NDCT (Natural Draught Cooling Tower) only. I never worked in IDCT (Induced Draught Cooling Tower).

Baffle wall is being constructed in case of Brick lining flue only, because there is one common flue only. So Baffle wall is provided for entrance of flue gas from multiple units.
