Fasting is strictly abstaining from food. Giving up social media and other things is sacrifice and has nothing to do with fasting. Examples of fasting (not eating) in order to receive God's guidance and strength, is found throughout scripture. Yes, Jesus fasted, also Abraham, Esther etc. When we are hungry, we feel it and jt affects us greatly in many ways. Physically, mentally and emotionally.

I wanted to come back but didn't know how or it's just because I didn't want to. One thing I stuck to was prayer. So I didn't want to let go of my life but seeing you I know that God brings life.
