We loved in Johnstown for 6 years, and could not wait to get out of this town! We finally left over a year ago! It is an extremely toxic area. The mayor/town council does not care about the health of their residents. The city allows adulticiding for mosquitoes (spraying of toxic chemicals from a truck) within the residential subdivisions and town, and they spray late at night. I was in bed sleeping, and got severely poisoned by the spraying, and all windows were closed, and ended up losing 4 months of my life to neurological damage. We went to the mayor, the town council meeting, and they did absolutely nothing to ensure we would be safe. Our house was situated between two streets, one in back, and one in front, with a stop sign, and our house got double dosed with highly toxic spray every time they sprayed. The town did nothing to ensure the mosquito company, whom they hired, would turn off the spray. Instead they brought on the town council board a resident who owned a pest control company, so as to cover their hides from the fact they were allowing the chemical companies priority over safety. We had to seal our windows during the nights they sprayed, and go to a hotel, which cost us a lot of money. As well, the subdivisions are surrounded by farmlands, and they constantly cropdust with toxic spray. The drinking water is bad there, too, and a few times we were sent letters that the water had not been up to par. The town had also tried to hide the fact the water was contaminated in a previous year, but a news reporter had discovered it and published it in the news.

I went to highschool there. I honestly will feel nothing if a natural disaster occurs and the entire town is ruined and distroyed

Greeley has lovely gardens older houses have old fashioned gardens an front yards….I have seen old fashioned yards such as mt grandmother had around her home in the 1949 and up to the 80s there was splendid flowers and chickens abd high trees,, lush grass, mini farm , on second street 2201 second street….is where we lived.. I walked to school one mile each way ! It offers 4 distinct seasons and lovely atmosphere….

I love Glen Mirror Park the best, my mother used to take me there and later on my Girl Scouts went there ! We made Indian dresses out of brown paper bags It has swans on the weather pond ! It was very unforgetble and lovely I remember it still and I am now 73 !

Living in greeley evans they will literally brazenly post your personal private life on the internet for you and the world to see, i despise it

When someone says relax, if youre living in greeley/evans you cant, you get off of work and its like the entire area is wound up into a huge open asylum, you cant move in your own place where you pay rent without some buls**t troll signaling something, no wonder the young people are self medicating so much, because its a huge mind f**k.

If fort collins is like gotham city, greeley is like arkham city "ma'am if you see anyone walking down the street do not stop, assume those are released inmates " its like arkham asylum's arkham city.

do not move to greeley Colorado, there is no peace here, they violate your rights without you even understand whats going on and when you realize their deception and lies you will be inundated

You can save a fortune living there, there's nothing to do in that shitty town😂😂😂

Is this safe for people of color?

Let me get this right....since 93% of the population is Caucasian, there is no diversity!.... Seriously? Just as an FYI, diversity comes in many forms... not just color of skin! Sorry to say, but you beginning to sound like a democrat!! Politics aside, we are looking forward to our move to Loveland in Q2-2022... primary driver : our passion for outdoor activities + close proximity to RMNP!

Hi Mr. I hope u doing well Let me say part of this comment in Portuguese, my native language cause I'm Brazilian. Moro em Sao Paulo, maior e mais importante cidade do país. "Smell", the number 1 of your list. It reminds me of a small town that really smells a lot, here in Southern Brazil. I can't remember the place name right now. What are your favorite things about Loveland?

The real truth about Greeley? It stinks really really bad most of the time. Houses are almost as much as houses in Fort Collins, but Greeley isn't anywhere near as nice as Fort Collins. A lot of people don't speak English in Greeley. Matter of fact, there's a lot of stores where you can't talk to employees unless you speak Spanish. There's a ton of gangs here so think drugs, robbery, and shootings. Honestly, it's an awful place to live. It used to be ok for the price since it was kind of closer to the bigger cities like this dude in the video is saying. But now it's just overpriced and crappy.

Great video. I moved here in 2012, have been here through floods, tornados, and oilfield ups and downs. I still call Greeley home. There is so much to do in Greeley and outside of Greeley. What was described in this video is just some of the things to do in and around Greeley.

Very expensive, not colorful, and unless your in the oil and gas industry it's hard to have anything nice.

Greeley sucks nothing good about the place or the schools.

The meth problem there is out of control. Your kids will have a very high chance of doing it because it's in the schools. I moved out of town and have never been happier. That place is a shit hole not to mention it litteraly smells like cow ass 5 days a week.

Expensive! Only affordable if your family is in the top 10% of incomes in the state.

Meth head run rampant there and there is litteraly no entertainment so if you think you want to raise a family there just remember they will probably start smoking meth just cause they are bored.

Moving to a stinky cow town with no water- brilliant. They beckon because misery loves company.

I live in Johnstown and I do not like all the new subdivisions being built here. It is taking away the country small town atmosphere . I do not want this to turn into a Loveland or Fort Collins leftist nightmare. More homes will bring more traffic and other problems I do not want to see, build somewhere else not here, we do not want higher cost of living and taxes here leave this town alone.
