Great! Thanks for the video. Many lecturers gloss over this important process. Here are another couple of things that have helped me (if anyone is interested): 1. Know what peer reviewed literature IS and why it is important to distinguish it from other forms of information. 2. Get a sense of the top publications in your field. 3. Recency of the information you are citing is important. If the paper is too old, you risk using outdated knowledge. If it is too recent, you risk using information that is not widely accepted or supported by further inquiry. You have to find the sweet spot and it varies depending on the topic you are exploring.
Prof, far too much backwards and forwards. Not clear at all. Please review and have another go.
thanks a lot for the video,! I'm going to use this software for my ANT research. Please let me know, whether you have any experience working with this theory

Hey, how is it possible to "reverse" , or "go back" with something I've made wrong? In my program there is no button to remove anything. Just doesn't exist. I tried "cmd Z" but doesn't do anything. Same with the graph itself. If I want to have it bigger, I can only see the half of it afterwards and there are no bars oder buttons to move the picture around. So strange. Any answers for that? Thank you :) PS: One more thing. Is it possible to just import matrixes instead of putting every link into the program by myself?
I would like to perform a social network analysis on a matrix of data, just like factor analysis, since it is theorised that Japanese see groups as social networks of binary relationships, rather than of shared commonalities. I wonder if the social network visualiser can analyse a matrix of data, like factor analysis. www.talkstats.com/showthread.php/69145-Family-Relationship-version-of-Factor-analysis-for-Japanese-Groups
Is it possible to graph the network according to the existing data set but not manually?
