The baskets are great! And so nice you put the drip irrigation in. They'll be spilling over in no time. I have used year old BT before and seemed to work. The flowers might also be getting chewed on by earwigs etc A sluggo plus type product could help with that if it's the case.

Melissa, your garden, and especially your roses, are just stunning. The music actually compliments all the roses 💗. I too really like the layered look of the hydrangea, the smokebush and then the sedum. Question: the 'mystic blues (something)' in that same area - is that a saliva or something else?
