Dude, she does not have access to Aaron Keeners watch. You take his watch at the end of WONY and that ends up giving you the watch level points that boost your abilities. In the time since, Kelso has collected another watch that is linked to an Agent named Cassandra who was in contact with Keener by the message that was left on it for her.

my interpretation of 621 was, as Walter said, really badly brain damaged and basically a feral beast listening to the orders of it's handler. However, with Ayre they started to learn, regain some of their faculties and intelligence and question what was really going on. Still very much damaged, yes, but thinking a little more. Though that didn't change the first ending I got... (only because I didn't wanna fight carla and chatty in the ac1 nineball arena on my first playthrough)

Same, so many times I end up getting spoiled by a guy I didn't know was there, do a single assassination when I want to do a double, getting stuck on barrels and ledges making me miss good opportunities and getting spotted everyone. At some point I had to walk away from the game. I might give it a second chance someday but it's been a whole year since then.
