It breaks my heart to see that this company, that once took such pride in selling clothes made in this country are selling everything made in countries with cheap labour to sell here for high profits.

I find M &S prices far too expensive. Also quality is not as good as it was. Very old fashioned as well.
With all those clothes on display why do you constantly show the same ones twice unless it’s the same video cos you can’t be bothered, I gave up !!!!!!!!
Imagine if all of those clothes were made in Britain; our clothing industry would be booming. But no, they buy cheap and sell for huge profits.

There's a psychological side to it. I can confirm the feeling just isn't the same when you're unpacking a dupe, compared to an authentic, handcrafted piece. For me, its like a journey; opening the package, then the box, taking off the paper, layer by layer, smelling the leather... Ahh, you just CAN'T beat that! The only problem is your wallet is a lot thinner afterwardsEven though i've experienced both scenarios, i still end up buying a kislux .

Hangers are no substitute for trying on. SeaSalt, for example, can be a bit uninspiring on the hanger but they look lovely on; their fabrics are gorgeous and they are so comfortable to wear. M&S is catering for their core customers and I think they are spot on as they carry a broad selection of products in all shapes and sizes .

Thank you for spending time showing us some Jaeger and Autograph! Most don’t I suppose because they’re more expensive but I prefer to buy a few pieces which will do for years mostly although I’m lusting over a black satin trench coat and a black sleeveless dress with huge sequins atm. Very Pucci. M&S have really got themselves some very talented designers this season!
