Construction cost differs regionally. Here in Nashville, these buildings use to cost around $150,000, but now they are up to $200,000. Of course, this is quality builders/construction NOT a garage builder, who will tell you $100,000. I would not know what the cost would be without the slab cost.

However, most cosatal properties will require a local engineer to review and stamp drawings for hurricane winds. The local engineer can use my plans and markup for the local requirements on my plans and add details if needed.

Taylor Made Plans are you insane? That’s a ridiculous price especially considering the low quality materials used. A fiberglass shower insert instead of porcelain tile or similar higher end finishing. Discount store towel bars. Ugh this is worth 40k tops.
