We rotate modpacks every two months, so things switch up regularly. As for horror operations, I do them as I feel, so usually once to twice a modpack.

What is the mod that lets you see units before you spawn them in? Also what is the park core mod to be or just like a list would be nice to know
The CORE mod pack switches from time to time, it's supposed to be a pack of lightweight script mods and other quality-of-life mods that aren't too big. As for the mod that lets you see units before you put them down it is a setting in Zeus Eden Enhanced
Their comms and radio discipline need work. Or maybe it's just Zeus having access to all the channels. Comms were a mess.

Hey I have a question as I'm thinking of buying the Ultimate Edition of the game. Can you play with tanks against other players? Or against tanks operated by other players? Thank you in advance!
We typically don't do any PvP but I know there are groups where you can definitely do that. Enemy tanks for us are typically operated by the AI

FYI. If you're using TFAR and ZEN I think there's an option in one of them to allow AI to hear players if they're talking. Might add to the immersion if you wish to. Also, if using TFAR you can enable an option where you can hear the players based on the proximity of your Zeus camera.
I think I have it enabled. I need to double-check that.
I think my favorite part of Zeusing stuff is how the players go off on their own wild adventures, causing the Zeus to try and either discourage them from going off mission, or just add to their antics.

Some of the players record their own footage. We were also using RHS, and CUP during this.
