As someone who has been commenting on sc1 and sc2 for many years (and thank you very much indeed), do you think it would be possible for you to explain in a video why sc1 managed to achieve a balance very quickly in competition, unlike sc2, which still hasn't for 9 years (after LOV)?

Zerg also got Lunge for Hydras (which I think sucks), moveable Microbial Shroud, and Ultras can now push allied units out of the way when moving. So they don't get stuck behind lings anymore!

The economy is an integral part of the game. The way you set up your economy heavily changes how you respond to your opponent and vice versa. Also, harassment tools exist because workers are important. This is an extremely bad take.

Okay I'll take orcs since they are most expensive, you need 600gold for around 9 to 10 peons which takes around idk two maybe 3 minutes since you already have 5 to start with so 300 gold is all you need which is equivalent to 1 or 2 grunts(basic unit) now in starcraft you have 5 workers and you need at least 18 more to make your starting base fully operational which takes more than 5 minutes. Which is 900 minerals and that is same as 18 marines. Like a starting unit is as expensive as a worker but takes less time to make. This in turn creates an imbalanced relation between the two since they are expensive and take more time workers will always get targeted. So explain to me what is more fun to have a battle and outplay your opponent or win/lose because one of you lost all workers and it will take more than 15 minutes to get back on his feet while in warcraft all you need is 2 to 3 minutes if your economy is disrupted and you will still be capable of fighting your opponent.

@Killerrabbitjc exactly what I'm saying workers are important. Why would they be? It's a strategy game they should have the least amount of impact but in starcraft they are the most important unit. So every single game comes down to aiming the economy. What kind of a gameplay is that? There is no strategy no skill no good plays game has a weakness and you refuse to admit it for some reason.

@@Perun0001 ? yes i'm serious, warcraft 3 workers costs 75 and take 15 seconds to train. SC2 workers costs 50 and take 12 seconds (i guess), and usually u have multiple bases. WC3 u usually have 1 or 2, so yes, WC3 takes more time to rebuild ur worker force. I don't know what u are talking about.

Bro it’s serral hero beats pretty much every other Zerg badly and goes even with dark if u look at serrals aligulac rating vs Protoss it’s 4000+ which is a much higher peak rating than anyone else has ever gotten even clem vs Zerg doesn’t have that high of a rating basically if you want Protoss to win never watch a serral game
