Beat this boss today. So many damn drones, man. Destroying the Boss' Docking bays with these tens or hundreds of drones on my tail felt like the hardest part of this boss to me. Once all the drones are gone, it's only a matter of patience and piloting skills.

Not sure if it is intended or a bug, but you cannot summon Aegis in this boss node. I prepped two Devastator ships for this fight, and on my first attempt at this boss, my first ship got beat up bad while destroying the weak points under the "legs". Wanted to switch to my second ship, but Aegis just won't port in.

This was probably the easiest mothership to face. The cutter blades were easy to outrun and ambush. The projectiles from its main body were slow and easy to dodge. The first mothership was tougher than this.

Bruh this was the first mothership that managed to completely defeat me. My first attempt at this boss was a nightmare through and through. It actually chases the player throughout the area. All of its weapons do crazy damage. Also, this was the boss that made me learn, if Aegis is summoned in the boss node, it won't despawn and would become easy target for the enemy mothership.

Been playing through this game these days, since I finally got it from Steam on a huge discount. Man the fact that the antagonist here was actually our former crewmate who got her mind and body taken over by some alien species was disturbing as heck.

I know this video is old. But am currently playing through this game on an Emulator. I decided to do a save state once the escape option comes up. you can trigger the learning of this spell, by continuing to load (if you dont' get it), saving you hours of grinding. Keep in mind, using Tone and/or Flame in the first at least once is needed.

Even at lv 100 you still MUST bloody armor him if the Magic HAND boss fires its beam of Death it 1 shots even a 9999 HP party member WITHOUT it equipped.

I'll stil BLOODY armor him at lvs over 100 for the REST of the game.

I'll still bloody armor him AT LV 100 + else I still didn't last for 10 seconds against this boss on EARTH mode.

Even at lv 100+ I had to still bloody armor him for all 13 FLOORS on EARTH mode else I still won't for even 10 seconds.

I'll still bloody armor him FAST kills require to bloody armor Chisato WITH the Algol shield and hope the shields instant kill effect does trigger which it still CAN with the Bloody armor equipped at random.

But at lv 100 2x Atlas rings so that he always does 9999 damage I would HAVE to bloody armor him else I had this bosses wind attack still hit for 9999 damage.

WITHOUT a bloody armor I'd have Spicule just KIILL Bowman outright ON EARTH mode AT lvs over 100.

I come back to this playthrough on and off, since SF2 is one of my most fond childhood games. Would you considering doing a new playthrough project? In the past 14 years things have changed and longer videos are now allowed on YT, plus video-quality could likely be better. I'd be down. But I can also understand if that wasn't an option given how massive this game is and how big the project would be.

I'll always have HIM at lv 100 here with the bloody armor equipped on solo Earth mode run for the rest of the game NEVER REMOVE it.

I would never do this by the time I entered the Hoffman ruins I'll always have Claude OPERA BOWMAN lv 100 EVERYONE ELSE SUCKS so Celine Ashton Precis will NEVER in my party ever Noel/Leon SUCK as well

I bloody armored a lv 100+ Bowman for the REST of the game else I won't even last for 10 seconds against the BARKER boss.

I would still HAVE to bloody armor a lv 100+ Bowman else I still had its OWNLY attack do 7000 to 9999 damage even on EARTH mode AT lv 130.

Without Bloody armors I still had those hit him for 9999 damage per hit on earth mode AT lv 255.

I would still BLOODY armor Bowman for the rest of the game.

I'll still bloody armor HIM for the rest of the game with HIM still at lvs OVER 100 here and will NEVER remove it ever.

Picked this game up when I was 13 in 2000. Never could get this. Took a lot of tries and a bangin' migraine, but you got me through it. Thank you so much!
