No, Cambodia is not visa free for Indians. Weather you hold Singapore EP or no... You can apply for e-Visa or Visa on arrival... I will suggest to go for e-Visa as it will save your time after you reach there...

Since, I intend to do this trip myself, in a few days from now, shall feel obliged, could you kindly clarify these points. 1) Did you have vehicle regn. no. beforehand, while filling the MDAC FORM? If not, what did you mention in TRANSPORTATION NO. column of the MDAC? 2) Since, Malaysia is visa free for the Indians, at present; apart from your passport, is there any other document, that you need to produce, at the Malaysian immigration? 3) Did you have to present the printed copies of the MDAC & SGAC ? Or just digital copies will suffice? Please revert back according to your convenience. Thank you.
Hello Shameek, Glad you found it useful... Stay tuned with Komal's Vision... We fill this form after we start our journey, so we had that number with us. It hardly takes 3-4 min approx, so no worries you can start filling information after you start your journey... If you are Indian living in Singapore while entering Malaysia only Passport, while coming back to Singapore NRIC and Passport. Hard copy is not Required... After you fill the form showing passport is enough as they got entry already and confirms from your Passport...
