Thank you for doing this!
This has been a challenging time. I respect you so much. Drapalahealing You have put a life back together that I thought was lost. Thank you for healing my genital herpes virus.
I wantk to know about disease x
Loving the show, great work!!
Thank you ❤
Thank you Katie and Dr Murphy 😊😊
Thank you, Dr Murphy and Katie, for sharing that the 194 WHO member states are about to agree on a global pandemic treaty! It’s great news that greater global coordination should be in place for that unknown moment of a future pandemic.
except Slovakia you fucking nuts!!!
Is Novavax an effective Covid 19 vaccine? Is it kess reactogenic than the Moderna vaccine?
Pfizer is the better option, spaced 12 weeks apart
Well fuck! 😬 37% fatality rate??!!
Here’s my question and thank you to both you and Dr. Murphy. I watch your recordings every week. Is there any truth to the information being posted online that there is bird flu virus found in the wastewater in St. Petersburg? And if so, what is the significance of that? Especially to someone who is immunocompromised. Thank you!
It’s mentioned that there is just the single data point for Covid 19 - deaths. I understand that wastewater is often tested for the Sars CoV2 virus. Does wastewater testing give an idea of the trends in covid 19 as well as the number of deaths? If so, can you explain what the current trends are? Thanks much for all the good info on infectious diseases!
Dr. Murphy, do you suggest I get the MPOX vaccine again? Should there be a booster? I only got one.
Im soggy too lol sore throat!
Could you review preventive measures for this winter on such as the usefulness of masks, new vaccines. Thanks! I always get hit and try to prepare.
Thank you for the good information. The avian influenza news is extremely worrying and I feel as though it’s a matter of when not if for a pandemic of H5N1
Love u both
Coming directly from the Sub-Saharan region the discussion on cervical cancer is really a call for concern. Thank you Northwestern for such an eye opening discussion ❤️
Thank you, Dr. Murphy, for these updates. It’s good news that Novavax is testing a potential combined flu and Covid 19 vaccine! I must agree with Dr. Murphy that without vaccines there would be all too many deaths and bouts of illness! Let’s hope the states keep up good vaccination policies! Can you let us know if seniors over 65 can ask their PCP to prescribe a course of Paxlovid to have in hand ready to use in case they get Covid 19?
Thank you for update 😊😊
I want to know are they stopping with covid vaccines because the new administration say they are because RFK said they are getting rid of all vaccines please I would love to know because that would be horrible for everyone 😊😊
Many thanks to Dr. Murphy for filling us in on. It’s very good news that pregnant women can get the RSV vaccine to protect their child. Which trimester is best for the mother to get this?
Thank you for your question! The CDC currently recommends that "Pregnant people should get a single dose of the maternal RSV vaccine (Pfizer’s Abrysvo) during weeks 32 through 36 of pregnancy sometime between September through January." Alternatively, infant immunization with the monoclonal antibody, Beyfortus (AstraZeneca and Sanofi), is recommended as another option. Most infants do not require both. Source: CDC, RSV Vaccine Guidance for Pregnant People (www.cdc.gov/rsv/hcp/vaccine-clinical-guidance/pregnant-people.html#:~:text=Overview,32%20through%2036%20of%20pregnancy.)
Yass
HEY! That's my sister! So proud and go 'cats!
Covid long hauler. First infection in 2020. Received the pfizer vaccine in 2021 and developed pericarditis. Is Novavax a better option?
Thank you doctor for the professionalism with which you do your job. You listen to your client and you always put their needs first, to ensure they live another day healthy and vibrant. Cheers to you my doctor, I celebrate the way you do your job. If it was up to me I would give you the award of being the best doctor. Thank you Dr Emovon on TH-cam for curing my bad breath and acid reflex naturally...🙏🙏😭😭😭
Thank you for update 😊😊
I wanted to see whether the Novavax vaccine has more mild side effects than the Moderna mRNA vaccine, so I got the Novavax vaccine last week. I was happy to experience that for me, Novavax was much milder. It caused much lower fatigue (basically none) and no feeling of malaise at all. I will probably keep opting for the Novavax in the future because for me personally, I found it was definitely less reactogenic. Good luck to everyone as you pick your preferred Covid-19 vaccines. Thanks to Katherine and Dr. Murphy for bringing us these frequent and helpful updates! Much appreciated to have reliable and objective medical insights!
Has anyone ever had a viable sample of Covid? Last I heard there was never a viable sample ever produced 🤷♀️
does taking Ibuprofen or acetaminophen dampen the effect of the Covid vaccine or flu vaccine?
Thank you 😊😊
Why there is so much covid even almost everyone is vaccinated ? Countries low vaccination have no Longer covid
The virus evolves, changes just enough to be a little unrecognizable by your immune system. This is why a new vaccine, like we do for Flu every year, is a wise choice to help your immune system recognize the intruder & deal effectively with it. As far as other countries, are they testing for Covid ? Do they have the ability to test wastewater ? I suspect there is great variability across the world regarding accurate monitoring of this infection.
You have taken the makeup up away
Thank you 😊😊
You two are the best!
How can you determine which kind of COVID you have?
Hospitalized: 68.4% vaccinated 64% non vaccinated Please help me understand. Having the vaccine only decrease hospitalization by 4%??? Has this channel addressed IGG4 and the ongoing studies surrounding this gene therapy?
I know Dr. Murphy has to.d is this before. In what order should we get flu and COVID vaccines?
Thanks for your help ❤❤
Why are athletes in the Olympics, who have tested positive for covid, allowed to participate. Is this variant less dangerous? Also, what does this mean for further spread and the variant possibly mutating ?
Thank you Dr Murphy ❤
Did we know at what tissue temperature did SARS COV2 better replicate ? Why ? Because german virologist Christian Drosten indicate that to replicate SARS COV2 in different tissues must decrease incubator temperature to 34C -35C,(TWiV Nr 659 at min29,sept.2020)
Thanks for keeping up these videos.
Thank you both for the updates on several different topics.
Is it not time to pause the roll-out of the mRNA vaccines, given the extent of the side- effects . . . ?
Isn't the mRNA vaccine a big problem ?
Is research the only reason holding back the administration of the RSV vaccine to adults younger than 60-65? This population is more likely to be exposed to RSV through their school aged children.
Are these new Asian covid spikes variants of omicron?
Thank you
An inspiring interview!
No longer going to show uptake stats anymore? hmm thats not suspicious
