Calling it 'art' is subjective. Time was someone took criticism to spur them on, do better, improve. They're people's opinions and they are entitled to them, it is your right to disagree but dont expect everyone to share the same viewpoint.

@@stalepalemale Constructive criticism can indeed be a spur to improvement. But telling someone: "This is shit!" or "Don't give up your day job" -(which is the tone of most comments here) is not designed to help the person improve, it is designed to hurt and for the writer to somehow feel superior.

Glad you took it lightly 😁. It's obvious you quickly put something together here. And to be fair: all the other demos don't sound that great either. So the VST seems to be mostly at fault here. As much as I like Behringer hardware-wise, I guess they still have to learn one thing or the other about software. Sadly I currently have no chance to test it. I managed to fetch the download, but no licence...let's see if this is a server issue or legal reasons.

Look in the ableton settings under midi and make sure the jt 4000 is shown in the input and output dialogues and the track box is ticked, then open a midi track and the jt 4000 should be available

Because of abletons lack of multi midi routing from an instrument like instacomposer I just take the midi from each track and paste it into a new track in ableton. Glad you like the track 👍

hi Pan, the Pilot plugins are more a tool to produce really quick ideas, captain Chords can do everything Pilot can but Pilot is a quick easy way to develop a plot as it were plus you get over 250 instruments to use as well

Also you can connect Captain Chords Epic to the Pilot Plugins so they can follow the Captain's chord progression.

It is indeed a subtle difference. I bought it yesterday and have the impression that under the hood it really just might be Captain Plugins Epic with some presets represented by avatars. But as I said, I only got it yesterday. I might change my opinion. The good thing is that they have a 30 day money back guarantee.
