It is! You have to be very careful using the charged attack with the laser blade. The auto target will often have your AC look slightly upward, and this can cause the second swing to wildly miss. Especially when first using the laser blade, tapping to get a single swing or using it once the enemy is staggered will guarantee your hits.

I disagree. The scavs in Tarkov are real threats and the atmosphere is much more gritty and punishing. The extraction mode in Delta Force is more like a kid-friendly version. It is very accessible to people who aren't good at extraction shooters. The atmosphere is bright and operator abilities create a natural team strategy as you work around your firepower and utility.

I find the team makes all the difference! This remains one of our favorite games to record and play together because of its high stakes, punishing gameplay, and the feeling of accomplishment that we get when we succeed. It was, and is, like playing a documentary! 😁

The game definitely emphasizes the effectiveness of headshots and perfect dodges/parries. A single gunstrike on the Hive Tyrant is worth nearly an entire magazine of pistol ammo!
