I'm from Huntingdon recently moved back from Nashville... it's just my mother and I. Our water bill is more than a household of 5... a guy reading the meters told us that we had an old meter and if it was upgraded that our bill would be considerably higher. There's a problem in Huntingdon and a forensic audit is in order and desperately needed.

Best video on the internet!!! Only 1:23 (minute 23 seconds), please help get the view count above 677! #HollyKirby, using taxpayer dollars(both state and federal) to knowingly issue unconstitutional orders under the color of law for the sole purpose of depriving an individual to a fair trial/petition for relief constitutes violations and are classic examples of: Fraud Waste and Abuse Ok, maybe Holly ‘made a mistake’ I gave Ms Kirby ample opportunity to fix the ‘error’ Then, I asked her to compel mandatory Judicial Notice. To the best of my knowledge, she has not performed this essential function of her public servant role. There is no ‘I don’t have to because I don’t want to’ provision afforded any public officials. Moreover, there is no ‘I don’t want to do that because in doing so I would implicate myself and my buddies in the very misconduct that is alleged’. Holly, I get it, your colleagues are the very ones that put u up to this. (So, you did conspire??) So, I, Holly Kirby, Chief Justice of the TN Supreme Court, will just pretend the issue was never presented/there is no merit to the allegation. I mean, who in the State of TN/Federal Government is going to suspect/allege wrongdoing by the top/very individual in the state responsible/entrusted for the administration of Justice? It’s OK that I have questioned your authority Holly. Are you now going to claim I also lack the standing to seek redress of the government? In short, you have already done so… Holly, please turn yourself in to the Tennessee Attorney General(he’s responsible for enforcement), Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and #fbi All for $1.2M and to traffic 3 minor children, the TN Chief Justice has to do hard time in a federal penitentiary. 6-10 years per count Holly, I will ask for leniency at your sentencing hearing. Long term investor's know that the market and economy will recover eventually, and investors should be positioned for such a rebound, I gained $180k from bitcoin in 2023, before the market crash and now I am buying again, adding more at a time. I'm a total and permanently disabled Veteran. Did you know that many other states completely waive property taxes for disabled Vets? Yep, some of those states are Blue states. Why are disabled Vets paying property taxes in a Red state that prides itself on small government and less taxation? This ratio garbage is nothing but a New York City style taxation hit job excuse.. that's all it is. Clearly Jason Mumpower, Justin Wilson and Bill Lee and his administration cares nothing about Veterans. It's just lip service to get our votes. My goal is to have a conversation about this with my VFW, DAV and local reps...

Here in Overton country, you can miss 5 days and you will get a warning. Miss an extra 5 days and you'll be in jail. This is just cruel. My friend, who is 18, has a plethora of health problems so he misses a lot of school. He was told that if he missed another day of school without a doctor's note, he would be put in jail for 10 days. These are just the schools trying to save money by threating students and parents with jail time. This is pathetic.

thieves. Citizens spend all the money, and take all the risk, do all the hiring, and provide a service or create a product. Then along comes some government thief who demands to be paid (a mobster/racketeering cut) for the machinery and tools required to run that business. Its not enough the business pay property taxes, payroll taxes, and various other government fees, but they also have to pay yearly taxes on tools the business (not the government) paid for. What was the point of an American Revolution, due largely in part to abusive taxation, against a tyrannical British king, only so that this nation would eventually allow a different tyrant that now levies abusive taxes on the citizens??

You should do an audit in Maryville, TN. Blount County is getting away with UNLAWFULLY posting a sign on the front door of the Blount County Justice Center stating that cellphones or recording devices are prohibited inside the public building. Local policies DO NOT supersede our Constitutional rights!! Freedom of the press or freedom of the media is the principle that communication and expression through various media, including printed and electronic media, especially published materials, should be considered a right to be exercised freely. "Tennessee law permits the use of still photography and audio and video recording devices in any trial, hearing, argument on appeal, or other matter held in open court that the public is entitled to attend." It is also our Constitutional right to record anything we can see in a publicly accessible area. This is a clear violation of our rights. FYI- Government buildings are paid for by the members of the public's taxes so we have every right to record anything that our eyes can see in public!! City, state, or county policies do NOT override the laws or the U.S. Constitution. Every American has a First Amendment right to record in public places, even in government buildings. The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states “Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press.” This means that no government entity may curtail free speech and press activities. Photography in a publicly accessible area of any government building is our right. Both the public and the press have a right to record government officials or matters of public interest in a public place. But unfortunately, it is one thing for a photographer to know his or her rights when recording public officials and quite another for security guards, police officers, and government officials to be knowledgeable of or even care about those rights. They are blatantly violating our rights. www.dmlp.org/legal-guide/tennessee-recording-law?fbclid=IwAR1ZHEJ53aFK-R5P3aKLxrfN8RWNr_Jm2cU1b0NzMJs2y4smIOsSuif_73M We all should be contacting the Department of Justice to report a civil rights violation and sue the county. We should write a childrens book explaining how you’re looking to railroad and bully people out of potential earnings and Christmas bonuses. Capitalism is as American as anything could be, but your endeavors are truly un-American and quite frankly, is a page straight out of Vladimir Lenin’s essay titled “Imperialism , the Highest Stage of Capitalism”. Just the fact that you see that there is a huge plan in the works and you would look to position yourself as a sole resource manager is very telling of your mindset. Goofy ass.

Talk about how you're trying to screw over the black run town of Mason, TN since you found out Ford wants to build a plant nearby. Talk about how you didn't give a crap about that town's poor finances (finances the black run city government inherited after the previous white run government in that town had screwed over the citizens) until Ford's announcement. What you're pulling is a refined Jim Crow tactic.

How is it that Blount County is getting away with UNLAWFULLY posting a sign on the front door of the Blount County Justice Center stating that cellphones or recording devices are prohibited? City or county policies do NOT override the laws or the U.S. They are constantly violating our rights. Do a search on TH-cam for "First Amendment Auditors" and watch their videos. Most people (even police officers) don't even know what our Constitutional rights are, even though they have sworn to an oath to protect those rights. www.dmlp.org/legal-guide/tennessee-recording-law?fbclid=IwAR1ZHEJ53aFK-R5P3aKLxrfN8RWNr_Jm2cU1b0NzMJs2y4smIOsSuif_73M First of all, everyone needs to make a complaint to the Blount County Mayor, Ed Mitchell. Talk to a civil rights attorney and make a plan to do audit and sue. Do your research so you understand how everything needs to be done to win the lawsuit. Watch some of Long Island Audits vids especially his recent court case
