From the two tests I included in this video, you are correct. From the various tests we've performed off camera, we can confidently say that not putting additional heat into the engine (and tires by not slipping the rears on the apron in T1&2) is worth one or two hundreths on a hot lap. - Conti

@@troyelliott5045 Not sure where you're getting your info from, but that's not true. These videos are completed with the Benchmark setup for the week. Would you like the lap log from this run that shows which setup was being used?

Pinion is all user preference, so if it works for you, go for it. Typically, we ship our intermediate setups with 2.36 or 2.64 pinions since they're a good middle ground. Brake bias wise, we'd need to know which master cylinders you're running to better understand where that % shakes out. On the surface, 54.5% seems high; usually, we're in the mid-40's, +/- depdending on the MC combo.

@@TeamContigg Sounds good, thank you. I only run fixed so usually I leave the MC's at whatever the default is (except for road courses). Should I mess with those at each track or just adjust the bias?

@@gregmitchell2191 ​​⁠You can probably focus on brake bias to make it easier for yourself. Some MC combos are better than others, but a lot of it is preference, so hard to give direction on what to do with them.

@@TeamContigg I did send them a message. I was told you have to wait until the half hour prior. So idk. I know nothing is wrong on my end for iRacing because I can load into everything else no problem
