should be telling what to do if there is a problem, such as extremely low blood pressure, 4 weeks ago, I had blood poisoning, low blood pressure, 97/60/58 heart rate, usually 110/70/60, also could be alot of other serious symptoms, anafalaxis, or internal bleeding, etc there is more ..
Physical assessment doesnt include checking "down there"?? Where I am from its a part of a full assessment, not a "gynecological" exam but we do spread it apart and examine the outer parts as standard procedure.

why is this examination needed? in my early 40s and I never needed this
Well most of those actions are more or less useless, but stethoscope examination of chest and abdomen area is one of the most important diagnostic procedures in medicine and, if provided properly, can reveal in time huge bunch of very serious health issues. Another very important part of general examination is patient interview, which is never part of these videos but, same as stethoscope examination, can be source of many and very important informations about patient health condition. And if you never absolve this examination, just run to your doctor and ask for it, its not joke, it can save your life or spare you of development of various health issues.
