thanks for the videos I have a 2003 foreman es 400 oil temp light comes on changed sensor already but it still comes on but bike does not seem hot and I'm down here in central WV its not hot here at all right now usually i ride it for a few min and it will go out but not as fast as it should

Should the fan run as soon as the key is turned on? Or only if the oil is up to temp? I just replaced both the module and temp sensor, and let the quad idle for 8 minutes ish. Cylinder is hot to the touch, bottom end is warm ish and the fan only runs if i ground out the temp sensor wire

Its called co. ( carbom monoxide) a detector that works on battery costs $50 and will absolutly save your life. Ypu also need tp out of cp for 48 hours or it will stack in your blood

Just mount the heater outside. Route your hot air inside somehow. There are nice metal mounting brackets that hang from one of the tires.

Come on, its a diesel heater, do the due diligence, maintain it. You mean you have not looked under your van in over 4 years. Get a good flashlight and inspect under it every 2 months, you just might spot a potential problem and be able to fix it before you are broke down.

I conduct maintenance on my RV water heater, heater, fridge, electrical system, solar, etc, etc at least once a month even if it's nothing but a check of the components and to ensure the system is operating at it's best. In the military we call this PMCS, Preventive Maintenance checks and services. It ensure the maximum life of any type of equipment and will usually catch issue before it becomes a problem.

Good reminder, sometimes we forget the small things that can cause catostrophic consequences.

So basically what you're saying is you're complete lack of maintenance caused something to fail and now it's the products fault? Anybody using these diesel heaters should know those pipes don't last but maybe a year at best especially under a vehicle and especially right behind the tire that's really a piss poor place to have that and I can only assume that the pipe was not running downward like the instructions specifically tell you to do. And no you're not going to die I'm not going to die and nobody else is going to die from CO2 from diesel fumes anybody with the slightest bit of Common Sense knows diesel does not produce enough CO2 to kill you it'll give you a headache and burn your eyes you will not die that's a scientific fact look it up before you start spreading fear into the public just because you did something totally asinine. As pathetic as that exhaust looks I can only assume that the silicone gasket is completely shot as well that's probably where you're getting your fumes another case of lack of maintenance

I watched this video after searching for and watching one of your ATV repair videos and now I wanna cry lol. Built out a few vans back in the 70s and 80s. My prize was a 76 Dodge, I converted to gull wing doors and many other trick pieces. Some idiot fell asleep and ran into the back of my better half as she was stopped on HWY 7 in Woodbridge making a left into a gas station. The police estimated he was doing about 80Km/hr. Luckily she wasn't seriously hurt but the van was a write off. Time to search for and do another for old time sake now in my golden years.

01 foreman es and mine started gradually not shifting, it may work a week no problem then it wouldnt shift a few days eventually it quit shifting altogether. I replace censor it didnt fix the problem i done more research and finally decided it was the shifting starter . I replaced it and everything started working. Was actually pretty easy to change and worth. I want to see what gear im in. They wanted over 300$ at honda and i got a DB starter off of amazon for 67$ i figured if it works i know the problem if it last a few yrs thats ok to.

My bike starts up and runs My foreman but if my cooling system is not cooling down the engine will it shut off it's a 2002 model or 2003
