please cover janpat market
Yes, will be making a vlog of Janpath soon. Thanks for the suggestion:).
good job satya.
Thank you.
But sir aren't these pirated books ?
Some are pirated, others are second hand original books. One can decide what one wants to buy :).
The sound is there۔Thanks
It was a great experience here the group exhibition was fantastic i went with my friends yesterday
Glad you enjoyed it :).
No sound sir
See it again, the sound is there. I checked.
Yes، It's there۔ Thanks
As long as Urdu is the national language of Pakistan, it can't be accepted by an average Indian. Period. Urdu today is spoken by Dawood Ibrahim, Hafiz Saeed. That is the stark reality.
Where can we buy these?
loved the video and your insights.
Thank you 😊.
These videos are very helpful. Keep going.
Glad to see your feedback. Thank you😊.
That was amazing facts about cr park
I am glad you found it interesting:).
Thanks for this. Brings back a lot of memories!
Glad it brought back fine memories.
Hello Satya, do you remember UCB and TGIF? Gave way to a hookah bar, also next to the Modern Bazaar was a Nirulas which is also shut down I guess.. Thank you so much for refreshing the memories, was a regular to Oxford cut.
Oh yes TGIF was a landmark. And I remember UCB too. And Nirulas. Those memories. There was music land too.
Gorgeously hypnotic!! Like a cloud of mists in the faraway mountain slopes. Thank you for walking us through this. It means a lot:) 😊Happy New Year.
Glad you liked it:).
Can I bring my own books here and study?
Yes you can.
Thanks for sharing such valuable information! Could you help me with something unrelated: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Beautiful people and places. ❤
Keep going bro. ❤
Yes agree, nicobar is ridiculously priced... One would rather goto good old-fashioned fabindia.. or any government emporium instead !
Yes, totally agree, Nicobar is overpriced and over rated. State emporiums are anyday better.
Also is nappa dori very famous? Its everywhere!
Nappa dori is also over priced and over rated. Apart from travel luggage and clothing, they have Cafe Dori, which gets them the footfalls and visibility on social media.
@ExperienceDelhi oh, I didn't know about the cafe...but have always seen the brands aggressive marketing campaign in magazines since probably a decade...
Alas bookshops are closing everywhere...its heartbreaking... Probably because of amazon and other online shops with their great discounts... Or have people stopped reading in a world of netflix ?
Actually, book shops in Delhi, especially the ones in South Delhi and Khan market are doing quite well. They are better stocked ( aa compared to pre Covid times) and seem to be selling more than before. Though I agree, OTT is making people spend more time in front of screens. Thankfully I watch very little of the content on Netflix or other platforms.
@@ExperienceDelhi ebook readers also played their part I guess. Although I'm seeing this counter culture of sorts of people now buying personal copies of books and also film DVDs and music just to "own" them as opposed to "rent" via multiple streaming services where if you don't pay you can no longer watch or read.
@samk6051 yes ebooks and Kindle also play a part. As do audiobooks. Also people love buying physical copy of a book after reading it on Kindle. All this is fueling book buying. Though increasing book prices are a kill joy.
@@ExperienceDelhi agree...I am shocked at the prices of second hand books in my city... Atleast in bigger cities like delhi second hand book markets are held regularly and still affordable..
@@samk6051 In Delhi, Sunday book bazaar is a boon. Very affordable books. Also there are many local second hand book stalls across the city.
First McDonald's is a childhood dream/mecca 😂 That should be declared a place of tourist importance in its own right 😆
On the day it opened, I think October 12, 1996, there were long queues waiting to get in. It was the first McDonald's in India. And Delhi was a different city back then.
@@ExperienceDelhi agree...i remember cousins from Delhi bragging about McDonald's in late 90s ...😆 Did you go on the opening day too?
Why aren't you allowed in khi khi?
I mean, usually they insist on reservation. Otherwise anyone can walk in. They are open from 5 pm to past midnight:).
@@ExperienceDelhi oh. OK. I thought its a personal story of shenanigans!
You deserve more views and subscribers.
Thank you for your encouraging words 😊.
Had an amazing time at this crafts museum with a friend today. The food at Cafe Lota was delicious too!😋
Glad you enjoyed it. It is one of my favourite spots in Delhi.
Please give me some guidance
After completed speaking English course fluent English speak kr sakhate hai
I know about the library which I use. Regarding english speaking course you may need to speak with someone at the British council. You can call them from Monday to Friday. They will answer your queries on the telephone.
Excuse me sir can I ask you something about British council speaking English course

Nice Coverage of Delhi's Hot Spots.. Keep on Going.. 👏👏 .. Tips for Expansion of your Subscriber base.. Make it Bilingual - English & Hindi..👍
Thank you for the feedback. And yes bilingual seems like a good idea. Soon would be uploading videos in bilingual format 🙏.
Nice work 👍 the event needs more traction
Yes, the event needed to be better advertised.
It looks like any small town marketplace in india at night. Minus the fairy lights unless its diwali. Cool place though. All boho clothes and jewellery that north indian hill station shops are full of come from paharganj...so its a good place for shopping for such things at lower prices.
I like the vibe of Paharganj. And there are some lovely roof top cafes serving excellent food, in Paharganj.
@ExperienceDelhi yes, ended up in Paharganj a few years back, stayed overnight there in a journey break to change trains. Vibe was touristy, it was only after I left that people told me paharganj is considered shady and not very respectable...which came as a surprise considering I felt quite normal there...nothing out of ordinary... Had dinner at the hotels rooftop restaurant by chance... Had no idea about its history or landmarks then, will have to make a longer trip now.. 😊
Loved it ... Its so informative.... Somehow reminds me of walking around south bombay during kala ghoda festival.... Such rich history and cultural scene... Thanks for taking us along on your walking tour!
Thanks for your encouragement. It is so good to get feedback on the videos I post 🙏.
Kala ghoda festival I used to attend every year, before 2020 covid. Used to enjoy my trip to Mumbai. Love that part of Mumbai: colaba and fort area.
I have reviewed a book on Colaba, in my other youtube channel. Would put a link to my other book reading channel, in the description of this channel🙏.
@@ExperienceDelhi been binge watching your vlogs ever since youtube algorithm got me to your channel while I was looking for rekhta festival. So, apologies for so many comments on your vlogs 😄
@@ExperienceDelhi where can I find a link to your other channel for book reviews. Or if you could give me the name I would search it. Thanks.
The selection of books for sale looks good though .
The collection of books was really good. Sadly not many people are aware of this event.
This lack of crowds is almost criminal. Why is rekhta so popular and this event nearly dead? Was it not advertised well?
@@samk6051 it was advertised in The Times of India newspaper.
There are a combination of reasons I think. Though, hopefully this event should pick up in future. Jashn e rekhta also took time to get going. Though Jashn e rekhta is now more a commercial tamasha, less a literary event.
@@vidyapanicker1098 I don't live in Delhi, maybe it was a local ad...or maybe I didn't pay attention. But I do follow book fests and this one wasn't even on my radar that's what surprised me.
@@samk6051 Maybe the ad was advertised in Delhi edition only.
Next year you can attend
Love these little neighbourhood markets that locals visit. Rare lights shop looks beautiful...would love to visit once.
Delhi has a lot of hidden gems. I am happy to share my love of Delhi:).
Very interesting... Never knew such a fest existed! Thanks for covering.
Thanks for watching the video. And yes, Delhi has some amazing events and happenings. Glad you found it useful.
