If you're talking about getting 5 nitro bottles in Tuscany you have to find a Tuscany race and collect 5 nitro bottles in it. The Bugatti Chiron event that ends first has a Tuscany track on it. It's stage 6 with the Infiniti Project Black S. Good luck
