I purchased the b.r.u.s.h. 30/40 hot styling brush in July 2022 and now almost a year later, almost all of the bristles have fell out. I called the two telephone numbers for the company that sells the brush. The phone rings three times and then disconnects.

HOW THE F do you make it hotter??? Tossed the directions with the box😡
Hi there! The Evryday BRUSH warms up to 180°C /356°F. This to ensure that your hair stays healthy. However we do always recommend the use a heat protectant. How long do you keep the brush in your hair?
Bedankt voor jouw reactie. Dat is afhankelijk van het haartype. Heb je heel fijn haar, dan is een paar seconden voldoende. Heb je dikker haar, dan zou je 10-15 seconden kunnen aanhouden bijvoorbeeld. Ik zou het aantal seconden opbouwen en uittesten wat werkt voor jouw haar.
hoe blijft het bij jou zo mooi zitten? ik heb ook deze brush 40 mm en ik heb denk ik even lang haar als jou alleen ik krijg dit effect niet het zakt gelijk uit terwijl ik dat met een krultang niet heb. Heb je tips?
Hi Tess, dankjewel voor je berichtje. De B.R.U.S.H. is helaas niet te vergelijken met een krultang. Dit komt o.a. doordat een krultang veel warmer wordt dan de B.R.U.S.H. Soms kan het zijn dat, als je meer houdbaarheid wil creëren met de B.R.U.S.H, om eerst een goede fundering te maken. Hiermee bedoelen we dat je een versteviging kan gebruiken in nat haar voordat je het haar gaat droog föhnen. Kies het product wat bij je past door op onze ELEVEN Australia site te kijken (www.elevenaustralia.nl). Let wel altijd op dat je haar volledig droog moet zijn voordat je de borstel gebruikt! Je zal merken dat je haar veel beter in model blijft zitten. Ook is het goed om fijner plukken haar te pakken en als je het haar indraait de borstel even te laten zitten voordat je hem weer uitdraait. Blijf er vervolgens ook echt even af zodat deze kan afkoelen. Je zal merken dat als je het vaker doet je er een meer handigheid in krijgt. Check ook vooral de andere inspiratie filmpjes voor andere technieken. Succes!
