This method is not right, as you are supplying dc voltage permanently to these High side and low side GATE driver. You can use function generator to give low frequency signals to these pins and can observe some movement. Also, make sure you are supplying enough DC voltage supply to the IPM. You can share me the part number that you are using, Good luck!!
