I accidentally reset & locked my carry on and I just figured it out: Get/use a TSA master key to get into the suitcase. If your switch is stuck get something thin like a comb with the metal tail and gently press it into the hole behind each number dial, as you turn the dial the tool you use will sink in when you reach the correct numbers. Once you get the codes right the switches should be able to slide again and you can reset as the video instructs

So I purchased 2 and I hope I don’t regret it. The last time I bought something during one of you major sales was my poppy carryon luggage and it turned out to be defective. Well defective in my opinion because the compression strap was so loose my closes would fall out every time I opened the bag. So after one use it’s a dust catcher 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️.

Please bring these colors back! They will sell out instantly.

I just want to say she is not as genuine of a person as she portrays on screen. I was fortunate enough to have met her in person, and I believe like her and many influencers, when their platform gets too big, it gets to their head first. Seeing her career take a toll, I am not at all surprised.

If anyone knows a way to find out the code please help. I have watch all the videos on youtube on how to find out but none of those videos address this type of lock. This one doesn't have those holes underneath to start.

It always boggles my mind when bag designers/manufacturers decide to use metal zippers where the laptop/tablet inserts are. Yeah let me just careful slide my laptop between two rows of hundreds of metal teeth that will definitely scratch my laptop
