United States
āđāļāđāļēāļĢāđāļ§āļĄāđāļĄāļ·āđāļ 2 āļ.āļ. 2011
I'm Lizbeth Meredith. I help tame trauma and navigate change by sharing stories of resilience.
ð Podcast & Writing: Dive into my podcast and writings where I explore resilience from guests who've been through it and want to share what's helped. Love reading? Order Grounded in Grit: Turn Your Challenges Into Superpowers and Pieces of Me: Rescuing My Kidnapped Daughters wherever books are sold.
ðą Coaching & Speaking: Connect at lameredith.com.
ð My Story: Kidnapped as a child, only to be the mother of kidnapped children, my memoir is now a Lifetime TV movie, Stolen By Their Father.
ð Education & Experience: After countless hours in therapy and other forms of support, I earned a graduate degree in psychology. Three decades of working in the justice system taught me that trauma can refine us. It need not define us.
